Forgotten order number 2! Physically went to the store to discuss order with the ladies at the desk as well as the owner Mark who seems to be the only one who can get anything done in the store. Three weeks before our event we placed the order, despite reading a few scary reviews here ( we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, accidents happen) However, when we called to confirm our order 4 days before they had no idea what we were talking about. There was no record of the order even though we paid in full! They asked us to email the receipt and they were supposed to get right back to us but didnt. When we called them back Mark got on the phone and had us read our order to him so he could re do the the order. On the day before the event we called to yet again confirm and they had no record of the order AGAIN! Mark was the only one who seemed to know what was happening, but was far from apologetic or concerned about the level of customer service. The center pieces were nice but not worth the stress.

My family and I have used Hanover Floral for 3 generations for all of our floral arrangement needs for both celebrations and in times of sadness. They have always been there and been a blessing. I love the garden center to make my yard spectacular. They have everything from seeds, vegetables, herbs, flowers, succulents and house plants, pots, fertilizers, mulch and soil. They have it all. A one stop shop. No lines, No headaches. They grow everything with expert love and care. The plants are healthy and grow vigorously once planted in my yard with very little effort. A great value!

I called to ask a question and was referred to someone who was so rude and abrupt that I was amazed she ever dealt with customers. I barely got out the question, and she cut me off, telling me she couldnt help and ended the call. I would never recommend going to this florist after this experience.
