I will always shop here if I need dept. store stuff because Walmart is evil. That being said, the customer service here has something to be desired; they need more training or something. While I had no problem picking up my online purchase, on two different days with two different employees, the customers before me were treated poorly. Rule #1: The customer is always correct- quit arguing with her, apologize, give her her stuff and get on with the next customer! The second customer was explaining himself but the employee didnt get it and seemed to move in slow motion to figure out what to do. These employees should know how to deal with any customer issue quickly, professionally and efficiently which I did not see on either of these days. They may lose customers if that stuff keeps happening.

They cheat you! I once visited KMART at 401 Route 38 Moorestown, NJ 08057. I had a coupon for a free stuff (usually delivered in they kmart mobile app - Friday deal - they give one item free when you show then a coupon bar code displayed in the app). So, on that particular day, when I went to their store and picked up the item on Free offer, the cashier was not able to bill it because the system threw some error. When the manager was called in, she MOST BLUNTLY and ANNOYINGLY said that I had already used the coupon. I knew that this is not possible since I had not used it earlier, I tried another coupon from my wifes mobile and she was not even ready to bill it. On top of that, none of their team replied to my tweet on this HUMILIATING incident on Twitter too! Worst place!

I LIVE LITERALLY AROUND THE CORNER, DONT GO OFTEN NOT ENOUGH STAFF TO MOVE THE LINES IN A PRODUCTIVE MANNER, SO I GO AGAIN AFTER A LONG TIME NOT GOING TO KMART AND OMG, IT WAS HORRIBLE THE CASHIERS WERE REALLY YOUNG,LAZY AS AN OX DIDNT WANT TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS AT ALL!, LINES WAY TO LONG WITH TO MANY EMPLOYEES STANDING AROUND NOT HELPING THE CUSTOMERS TO MAKE MATTERS EVEN WORST MY HUSBAND TRIED TO PAY WITH $100 DOLLAR BILL ANS THEY CHECKED THE BILL OVER AND OVER A MACHINE, LOOKED AT IT UP IN THE AIR HELD THE LINE UP AND THEN SAID THE MACHINE DOESNT RECOGNIZE THE BILL SO MY HUSBAND PULLED ANOTHER $100 BILL OUT FINALLY AFTER 20MINS WE PURCHASED OUR ITEMS I WAS HORRIBLY EMBARRASSED, IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD IT WAS HORROR!!!!!!

With so many of the K marts closing I was glad to see this one was still open still giving me a place to shop for tall mens clothing without having to spend a small fortune. Although I do not normally get this far from home when shopping I am sometimes in the area for work so I will probably be back if in the area and in need of clothing.

Terrible service. Arrived to the store for a pick up order and took over an hour to complete the process. The associates are lazy and rude. Manager didnt know what to do. This is why K Mart is tanking as a company and moving forward Id rather spend more and not have to put up with poor service than shop here again.

Typifies why K-Mart is circling the drain; Im just wondering why it took this long. Bad lighting, sometimes haphazardly stocked shelves. Prices are better at competitors. Service wasnt bad so much as disenganged. I only stop here if I have to.

I picked up an order that I had bought online. Only took 5min tops. Front of the store was clean. Back of the store was a little unorganized. Just like other reviews, there are some lights that need to be changed. Staff was friendly.

This place is quite sad and depressing. How theyre still open is beyond me. The air conditioner wasnt working and every employee looked miserable. Id avoid unless absolutely necessary.

Worst customer service wasted 30 min in billing. They labeled sofa cover in clearance as $23 and while billing its popped up $80. Not even have courtesy to apologize worst service.

I ACTUALLY USE TO WORK AT THIS KMART AS A TEENAGER. ITS ALWAYS CLEAN & WELL STOCKED. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS ITS HARD TO FIND SOMEONE TO HELP YOU ON THE FLOOR.
