Overall, my experience with fine flowers was great! I will explain the cons first, the woman were not the friendliest, but they just off dry and are very kind and accommodating. The morning of my wedding the bouquet came and look horrible...I am flexible and this was horrible, nothing like my picture or what was originally discussed, I am not sure this was an error or what...BUT within 20 minutes we had sent a picture to the florist of the original that was shown, and I had a new beautiful bouquet that I was BEYOND happy with! They were very quick to fix the issue and get it back and delivered to my house for the ceremony and pictures. The prices far exceeded any other company I compared to! They are beyond reasonable and regardless of the hiccups I would highly recommend find flowers, bridal and bridesmaid bouquets were gorgeous and what I pictures (minus the accident in the beginning) boutonnière and mother corsages were wonderful.

I was extremely disappointed & upset that having ordered a beautiful arrangement for my daughter-in-law (Imagination Blooms with Cymbidium Orchids) she was sent flowers that bore no resemblance to the arrangement. Whilst I appreciate that they have a get out clause stating that they can substitute if the ordered flowers arent available I think I or my daughter-in-law ought to have been consulted & asked to choose something else. If Id wanted cut flowers then I would have ordered them. The flowers that were sent contained lilies & the pollen can produce an allergic reaction. In addition I am unable to find an email address to contact this company and I live in the UK telephoning is difficult. Ive ordered numerous times & now wonder whether this kind of substitution has happened previously without my knowledge. Ill think twice about ordering from here again

We have used this florist for two events: a graduation party and a wedding. Each time, I was delighted. The florist worked with us to stay in budget and delivered unbelievable arrangements that exceeded our expectations. Very easy people to work with as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing service, beautiful flowers. Just gave her a price point and they did an amazing job!!! My wife loved them!
