The flowers are great. The service is good unless you call up and end up speaking to the owners husband. His phone etiquette is terrible. Hes curt and downright nasty. I have NEVER had a problem dealing with anyone else in the shop. He has screwed up two delivery orders of mine in the past and when I just tried to place an order for a specific delivery time (4 pm), he made every effort to not do it -- "we can do it earlier? Is anyone going to be home? Can we just leave it?" When I asked what the problem was in delivering at the time I asked for, he didnt have an answer. When I asked to speak to the owner, he said "this is her husband". When I said, "you seem to always be a problem", he hung up on me. Word of advice, If a man picks up the phone when you call, hang up and go elsewhere! I intend to go somewhere else from now on anyway.

Been using Koch for over 30 years - they did our wedding in 77 - great job. Always use them for all my floral purchases - holidays, celebrations, funerals, etc. Owners are terrific - flowers are always fresh and long lasting. Always accomodating. Excellent service, highly recommend them.
