The pharmacy is HORRIBLE! They have awful customer service and they are SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I get the same birth control bills from this location every month and EVERY SINGLE MONTH I order them I get a text message that says "ready for pickup" and when I get there they tell me it had to be ordered! Why am I not getting a phone call about that? Its ALWAYS an issue! I am changing over to CVS pharmacy because after this time receiving not only the text saying they were ready but also an automated voicemail then going to get them and getting the SAME OLD "they have to be ordered" response is RIDICULOUS! I even order them DAYS ahead of time yet they dont have them when I come to pick up! I used to call a week or 2 ahead but they wont do that anymore bc my insurance wont cover it and put it through that early. I shouldnt even have to do that to begin with! They are so unprofessional they dont care about the customers! Something has to change at this pharmacy or they are going to lose more customers!

I will not use this pharmacy again. If expecting your medication to be done promptly and correctly you may be in for a suppries. I have had a number of issues however the last one made up my mind to STAY AWAY. Our 2 yrld prescription was dropped off I was told come back in one hour, after one hour I was told they are out it will arrive in the morning and to stop by back around 11am reluctantly I agreed. Next day after 1pm I am told they are unable to process the prescription. No phone call no notice (even though the have all the info) the leave our 2 yrld with 104+ temp. without any apologies, not the first but definitely the last time I will use them. I went to other pharmacy with courteous staff and the prescription was done in 5min.

I go here a lot--its down the street and very convenient. I get all my medications here, and the pharmacists know me by name after a few months and are very friendly. My prescriptions are always ready when they say theyll be, and most of the folks not in the pharmacy are very nice. Stores usually pretty clean and well-stocked.

Called from hospital to get list of medications for a patient going in for surgery, pharmacist rudely said "i just opened, you have to give me a few minutes" and immediately put me on hold for an additional 10 minutes, and never came back.

Terrible service! Everytime I go to get a prescription thats been called in, Im told an hr wait. Today I was told @ 4:10pm come back @ 5:30pm..6pm Im told to come back at 8:30pm.
