Ive had my prescriptions filled for 15 years Since the new pharmacy manager and from what I hear problems there has been nothing but issues. Maintenance prescriptions go unfilled despite the auto fill enrollment. Several times they just refuse to prescription and state you have to talk to your doctor only to find out that its express scripts the insurance company shouldve been contacted by the pharmacy. If they enter the information correctly it would go through. Today after an injury overnight I have medications that need to be filled i.e. steroids pain medication and anti-inflammatories ...I cannot even stand up and they asked whenould I like to pick them up. I responded I would like to wait and have them done as soon as possible as Im in great pain. Their answer is one and a half hours .... But if Id like to do some shopping while I wait, yeah right I can walk barely see straight but Ill go shopping. He reassured me the would be available to fill them today! Gee thanks

Every visit every time it is not ready or they have no clue. Get it together CVS Pharmacy.!!! It just keep getting WORSE! As I am waiting since they didnt fill it as they were supposed too, recent 5 customers all have been told the following: "Not ready" "We are looking for it" "We dont have it in the system" Really? I used their automated system to fill mine and they didnt have it in their system... Get it together!! UGH!!!! Worse business operation..wonder if they work for the government! SOLUTION: Call 1-800-SHOP-CVS number, and choose the option for leaving a comment, then complain. The actual store would prefer you dont call this number because then the complaint starts from the upper levels of management and filters its way down to the store and store manager.

I have to say... I have been going to this CVS for the last two years and have never had any problems. Im actually shocked to see such negative reviews. A good example from today -- I was running incredibly late to the airport, but needed to pick up a couple prescriptions beforehand. I called the pharmacy from a few minutes away and told them I was in a rush/needed to be in and out. They were very kind over the phone and even more accommodating in-store. I was out of there within two minutes and -- all the while -- wished safe travels/asked about my upcoming trip. All around... very professional, very kind, and very efficient in getting me what I needed during a hectic time. Much appreciated!

Horribly overwhelmed staff. Never go between 5 and 7 pm. They have two registers, but they never have both open, even during the busiest time and they are ALWAYS behind schedule. They close too early and apparently do not prepare prescriptions for the next day after closing the night before. This would explain why they are always behind and customers must wait. It seems to me that they should maybe close at 9 but stay until 11 when the store closes so that they can process all the scripts for the next morning or at least get a head start on the next day. They must just close up and walk out at 9 and forget about the workload until the morning.

Horrible. I have had nothing but issues with this place. Staff is very unpleasant and overwhelmed. Just recently they wrote the wrong instructions on my medication bottle and had to file a report about it. These things could be potentially dangerous. This place needs a SERIOUS change of management. Their customer service is non existent. They dont even try to help you, its always the same thing "We didnt get that" yadda yadda. Completely unreliable. If I could give them zero stars I would.

While we are having trouble with one Rx that my wifes doctor has called in twice with no results, this CVS is a huge step up from the one on Olden, across from Home Depot. Except for the current issue, our Rx have been on-time, with helpful reminders, and we rarely have to stand in line for more than a few minutes. This would be 4 stars if we werent going through something with them right now, and Im glad we made the switch.

Visited pharmacy at 2:50 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2015 . Blonde female in pharmacy has no customer service skills. Perhaps she was disgruntled because she has to work Saturday, whatever the reason. Maybe she should consider a career change where she does not have to interact with the public.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used! They are completely rude and totally incompetent. (This occurres even when they are not busy) These are vital medicines not tic tacs.. all I needed was simple assistance. How can they work there and not know about their own policies and procedures?

The staff at the pharmacy tries but they are overwhelmed by the amount of Rxs being filled. The store staff in the other hand is awful. Usually there is only one register & long lines. The other one in Ewing on Olden Avenue was worse
