I entered the 7-Eleven store and I could smell thick cigarette smoke. Was thinking someone from outside is blowing the smoke in and while waiting for the line I found the guy standing outside smoking came inside and was smoking. Had his coffee cup on the table, grabbed it and was smoking standing there. I was paying up and I told the guy at the counter to remind that patron that it is a non smoking facility. And that guy is telling me that he can smoke because he is his brother. I showed him the sign that it was written No Smoking and no one can smoke inside and it is the law. It is not for his brother but for the other non smoking customers. The counter guy told that he will let his brother smoke and asked me to Go with disrespect. I reminded him to talk with respect with the customer when I am talking with respect. He insisted I should go, I had to run anyway. He is proud violating the law even when someone complains.

Hello,To seven11 i would like to report a worker from this seven11,first uhm mess up twice on my lottery tickets,i ask him how can he mess up on my lottery ticket when i gave u midday tickets, yes i was upset he didnt scan this 1 ticket he punch in the numbers,then he tells me go some where i told him u do not own this store,i been coming to this 7 11 over 7 years uhm throw your money on the counter he have a bad attitude.i no over 15 to 20 people that stop going to this store because of uhm,i would like a email,something need to be done about this matter,thank u.

Not clean and they did away with Diet Mountain Dew at the soda fountain...Ive never had an issue with the staff.
