People who rate this place high should be shopping in other licor stores in the area which prices are more reasonable and a better customer service . I bought a bottle of Cuervo Margaritas and some guy "The Manager " recommended as excellent and with a decent percentage of alcohol, It tasted like water . I went back to the store and told him we didnt like it and if there was any type of reimbursement since I was a regular client there and the guy said No. I wasnt expected to get my money back for somenthing I didnt like, but it would be nice at least to offer any type of discount on my next purchased . Instead they let me go and I am a happy client somewhere else .

Ive been a regular customer for over 3 years, and finally, when the last time I was there I was yet again verbally insulted by the owner, Ive had enough! Not only is the store constantly out of popular items, but most of the staff doesnt speak English therefor are not of help. The owner of the store is not only rude and dismissive but also belongs in a trashy neighborhood according to his behavior. He discriminates against Caucasian people and favors hispanics as thats what he is. I would much rather drive further to get what I need than deal with this classless, rude, immature, discriminatory, and over all nasty man with NO customer service skills.

This is me and my girlfriends favorite spot to go to just hangout. They have hookah, food and drinks. Kinda over expensive but dont waste time with the food. Its over priced and the selection sucks! The claim to fame here is hookah, drinks and scenery! The employees are European foreigners, mixed with a few Arab and Latin people...you can tell there is no coincidence to this. All in all its a fine place and maybe twice a month.

Bought wine from here 3 times this place is hit and miss..... Mostly a miss. Had corked bottles on 2 occasions took them back immediately and was told by the staff on hand the had a no return/refund policy. They tasted both wines and told me they were structurally intack and I was mistaken. I have only been in the wine business for a decade. What joke. Avoid at all costs. They will never get my money again.

Place has had bad service since day one... Drink quality sucks... And expensive for what you get... Takes forever to get another drink... Front door is a joke with a bouncer gotta be kidding me with a pathetic dress code. Wouldnt mind the dress code or prices if they had better service!

Place jacks up prices insanely. While they do get rare stuff in they gouge prices by 500-1000 percent. Selling a lot of allocated bourbon for insane prices and are very glib about it. Dont shop here
