The staff is uninformed as to how donations are recorded and sent out to donators to this organization. I could not find out how often the donations are sent out to individuals from anyone at the facility and left a phone message about that. The next day, the person who did book keeping called and illuminated the process. I impressed upon her that having someone disseminate how things were done would be a great way of interacting with those who are donating. About an hour and a half later, I received a call from a confused individual identifying herself as Ann, asking me why I had problems getting to the facility and why I needed transportation. When I said that I had not idea what she was talking about, she stated that she had called the wrong number and was confused about the situation, which went along with my noting that lucid instructions were needed. This belligerent individual had the discourtesy to hang up on me--when she herself was a living, breathing example of what is wrong with this facility. One hand doesnt know what the other hand is doing. Avoid dealing with them, unless you like aggravation.

Since they moved out of the tiny place they had in High Bridge the new place is much more roomier. Less clutter and over crowding, Although; since they moved they raised prices tremendously. They no longer have half price week once a month like they did in the High Bridge store. Recently they even changed the price of a bag of books from 5$ to 6$ They have better stuff in this store but for some used shoes and clothing its pretty pricey. Sometimes they have red or blue tags 50% off but other than that, I dont find many things I can buy. The only thing I purchase is a bag of books. Store is very clean and workers are very pleasant and helpful.

Selling stuff that was given to them for free for astronomical prices ! And they check everything against eBay as if its the go to place of the century , if I wanted to pay a few dollars below what its selling for NEW , I would go buy it new ( which is usually what I decide to do )
