Great place. The people are very helpful! I needed a quick pick up of a special hook and the handyman was at my home and asked for another hook for my drapes to secure it. I called to see if someone would look for the item and have it ready at Customer Service area so I didnt need to shop in the store it would be ready as I pulled up. (This request is all because I just had foot surgery and could not walk through the store so well!) A salesperson named Miriam was so kind and helpful and obliged my request. I have to say-the handyman was very impressed how this was done so fast as well as myself. Thank you Miriam, your an angel at BED BATH AND BEYOND!!!

Past month we have purchased a few semi-fragile items from this location and when we get home and open the box they are broken. Had to return to this store on several occasions because whoever is unloading trucks/stocking the shelves is careless. Will not be returning to this one anymore which is unfortunate because the staff that run the checkout/returns are great.
