THEY USE STAPLES TO TAG PRICES ON THEIR ITEMS WHICH MOST OF THE TIME CAUSES CLOTHES TO BECOME RUINED, THEY HANG ANYTHING & EVERYTHING & SOME OR A LOT OF THE TIME THE CLOTHES SMELL, IVE SEEN CLOTHES HUNG THAT HAVE STAINS, RIPS, HOLES, ZIPPERS BROKEN, ****AND FOR A PLACE TO GET THIS CLOTHES FOR FREE & CHARGE PEOPLE RETAIL PRICES WETHER NEW OR NOT IS AN OUTRAGE, ITS SUPPOSE TO BE ABLE TO HELP LOW INCOME FAMILIES DRESS THEMSELVES & THEIR CHILDREN...... SALVATION ARMY EITHER NEEDS TO HIRE YOUNGER PEOPLE WHO CAN SEE & HEAR & HANG CLOTHES WITH OUT ISSUES, IM NOT BEING JUDGEMENTAL IN BEING HONEST A 70-80 YEAR OLD PERSON NO LONGER HAS PERFECT VISION IT JUST SEEMS LIKE THEY HIRE ANYONE!! THE BIGGEST LET DOWN IS USING STAPLES & STAPELING THE PRICE TAGS TO THE ITEMS SO PLEASE USE PRICE TAGS LIKE ALL OF THE OTHR STORES DO I HEARD THEY DO THIS BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE & IT PREVENTS THE TAGS FROM COMING OFF POOR EXCUSE I USE TO SHOP THERE AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK NOT ANYMORE STOP HANGING DAMAGED & SMELLY PISSY SMELLY CLOTHES THAT WILL TURN A CUSTOMER RIGHT OUT THE DOOR & BRING THE PRICESS DOWN!!!!

The place smelled profoundly of garbage and wet dirty dog. Their records were overpriced and scratched up. Overall it was a horrible experience. My husband and I will never go back.

Walked 2 feet into the employees area cause i didnt see the sighs and got yelled at by a very rude employee! Very rude customer service! I will never be going here again.

Well it is okay because they sell second hand items. I love the idea that it is non-profit organization, and they help people.

They get free stuff and transport the good stuff to other places and their prices are ridiculously high priced for used stuff.
