I have shopped here for years with decent results, but tonight was the first experience that was downright unpleasant. Yesterday I had purchased 50 extension cords, and the AM manager was kind enough to grab a bunch from out back mentioning they had at least 100 more if I need them. She was very nice and helpful, as most of the staff here have been. I go back tonight and see they werent restocked, so I politely asked an associate if they could grab them from out back for me. Instead of actually listening to me, he tells me where to find the item in the store. I ask again (politely) if he could check out back for me. Again, he walks to another associate and asks them if he told me the right aisle (he did, but Id already checked there which is why Id asked him to look out back. Yes, I did attempt to clarify this mystery for him.) There were 4 associates and it wasnt busy enough to justify completely ignoring my question/request. So to the inconsiderate tween with the hipster glasses and haircut; you suck at customer service. Thank you for wasting 20 minutes of my time, my gas, and my money (I had to pay sales tax in Haverhill), as well as making me hobble around on crutches to get from A to B. At least Karma swamped you at the register as I left; not that youll see this or understand how badly you suck. Damn hipsters.

Employees are very nice the Manager is also very nice . They keep the store neat and clean .Considering the customers are slobs !!tossing stuff around dumping it whereever.
