Its walmart. Though, out of some of the regular employees, I strictly prefer the garden entry/cash out crew. They are wayyyy more polite and under normal circumstances quite funny. Most of what I need is in that vicinity, so its ok to cash out there, but those poor cashiers that get the lines and tons of carriages filled with groceries and clothes and other crazy things, end up getting a hard time, for no good reason. People, a tip, if i may? If you do not want you newly to be purchased clothing items to get dirt on them, i suggest you do not cash out in the garden center... same for your food items. Please also do not yell, or put down your cashier in said area either for such circumstances, they are people too with feelings, and it just isnt right. Other than that, again its a Walmart.

I have purchased a Landline in walmart. I have used a different credit card while purchasing online. So I went to walmart and wanted to return and purchase it with a walmart giftcard. Sales person and manager were very rude and they told me bla bla stories and never made my transaction complete. I have to come back empty handed. This walmart in Seekonk MA sucks...

As stated.. customer service is the worst. Staff needs diversity training as well. If one more angry white female worker snarls at me or pretends to NOT hear my hello and request for help, I WILL morph into THAT stereotypical angry woman of color.. Too many Trump supporters on staff and in the checkout lane for me.. Ignorance everywhere.. I wont be back

Not too pleasant! I have two painful knee and I had to walk back and forth to trying to find things. I got so disgusted I left before I got everything I wanted. And I am a frequent customer! So I like to thank you for mixing the items around in the store, so I cant find things anymore!!

The cashier in the garden center was a nasty person. She hit the counter like lets go! She had lady bug nail polish. I told the lady out in the garden center who checks our receipt and she was very supportive and kind and said that I should file a complaint.

Organized and staff is knowledgeable. I dont like the fact that their were four customers shopping with dogs. Are they allowed to do that? They werent service dogs. I mean cmon dont put your dog in the shopping cart that someone else is going to use.

Who doesnt like Wal-Mart. They have everything. I gave 4 stars because they have 20 something registers only 5 will be open and you have to stand in a long line while the employees stand around talking. Customer service would get 2 stars.

I asked for help from one person that worked there and she kept texting, not making eye contact with me and just walked away from me. Dont even bother going to this useless Walmart, just drive the extra few miles to the one in Swansea.

This is a sad, depressing Walmart. Never organized or very clean and its hard to find the thing that you need. Staff is either not around or unhelpful. Unpleasant shopping experience overall, but you cant beat those prices.
