So after dealing with another store that was entirely unhelpful for the sake of just being unhelpful, I called here. First off I want to start by saying in a store this small, this phone shouldnt ring more than twice. Beth picked up on the first ring. The other video game store I called, rang 8 times. Secondly lets talk about Beth. Now, I know Im calling GameStop, and Ive learned not to expect too much in the way of customer service. Beth has done an amazing job and putting that to rest. Not only was she knowledgeable about the products I was asking of, she did not attempt to try and sound superior to me due to the job she holds. You might wonder why I would focus on that. But anybody who has shopped at any video game store knows that it is entirely too common. Nothing is more frustrating, talking to a avid gamer like they are incompetent. Beth was polite. Beth would stop short her sentence, to let me interrupt her more than once. Even when I told her I would most likely not be shopping at her specific store she was more than happy to accommodate me. In closing, I am not sure of the position Beth holds at this company. I do know I will always have confidence in my local GameStop, solely because of people like Beth. Thank you so much Beth. My family will shop at your location moving forward.

Horrible customer service. Stood in line 30 minutes to buy a broken used game, then told to wait in another huge line when I came back to return it. When I insisted the return be processed immediately, the female employee asked the line if it was okay for me to cut in front of them. Wont ever return to a Gamestop.

Rude rude rude employees I was so mad when I went in there I went to get my son a PlayStation card and the woman had me waiting to pay for it while she talked with other people about everything under the sun and then went and was stocking shelves I was like are you serious right now?
