I gave Marrianes my order for a bridal bouquet,a matching boutineer, and some babies breath a few weeks ahead of time and told the woman who took the order my color scheme, Dark purple, light purple and white flowers. ..She assured me that I could pick up my order on a particular date and time, and I paid her. The date came (day before my small wedding ) I went in expecting to pick up my order, and the woman (different from the one who took the order ) Had no idea what I was there for, and all she knew was that I had paid! I didnt want to get upset, so I told her I would come back in a while, and she said that my order would be done. When I returned the order wasnt really my color scheme, but it was too late to really fix it, so I just used them, But I will never trust them with my flowers again, as it really ruined the whole day!
