Called to have flowers ordered for a funeral the next day. I was immediately told in a sarcastic " your a little late calling for this arnt you young man?" Young man? I am 52 years old I said Im sorry, if you guys are backed up I can call someone else. I was told: " I guess we can squeeze them in" I said, really I can call around. She said "well thats up to you." I said thank you and that I would call someone else. I was amazed how rude she was. I called another shop, and immediately apologized for calling Kate and she said absolutely no problem. Kind and pleasant to deal with. I would never call this shop again purely because of her attitude. I was so diapointed.

I love what the owner does with everything. I was not very happy on my last phone order though, I stressed to the woman I spoke to that I wanted the "unique" style as the owner does, and that small would be okay, what was sent was a standard glass vase, and some flowers and a pink bow, nothing that I expected to see from the items Ive seen when I am in the shop. The owner does amazing work, and I dont think this was done by his hands, wasnt very happy. I will go there and shop direct only, not phone in.

Ive been to many flower shops and this place blew them all away. The reason is "Customer Service". I wanted a special flower and I told them about it. The owner told me how he could get it from the downtown market and when it would be available. It isnt like they have 50 different kinds of flowers in the cooler but they can actually get you what you want instead of saying, "Sorry, we dont have that." like most other flower shops I have went to. This is my "Go To" place for flowers of ALL types now.

Since moving into Amesbury I have found he gets exactly what mood I am trying to present every time. He is extremely dedicated to his community, customers and of course the reputation of his shop. I was making arrangements for a private party in a local restaurant. Being from out of town, I needed a recommendation for a florist. Greenery Design was recommended to me and what a great choice they were. Even though I had to order and pay for them sight unseen, which made me more than a little nervous, I was thrilled with the results. Perfectly chosen to complement the room and the event.
