I placed an order to have flowers by Flowers Galore delivered for Mothers Day. The flowers were never delivered, so I left a message the following day on the Flowers Galore answering machine. Two days later I still have not heard back from them. I kept a receipt of the purchase and double checked to verify that the order was placed with the correct delivery and billing address. Today they removed the charge from my CC, but with no explanation or phone call. I would strongly advise against using Flowers Galore. I will go with someone else next time.

March 14th, still have not received a refund for the horrible flowers my wife received on Valentines day, no response to contacts to this business either. If your thinking of ordering online PLEASE DONT! you will not receive the flowers shown in the pictures online, far from it.

The little flower shop is on my way home from work. I have stopped over 10 times in the last 3 years and always get great flowers that look good and last weeks. I see some bad reviews from people who ordered online but I have never had a bad experience.
