I just wanted to take a second to thank the folks at Stapleton Florist. They have impressed me once again. The woman who answered the phone "Ema" was most pleasant. She was extremely helpful in processing my order in a professional manner. Customer Service is a lost art, and I felt like Stapleton most important customer of the day. A beautiful arrangement was delivered shortly after I called. Their products have always been superb, but I was so impressed with the customer service, that I contacted the owner. I informed him of the continued postive experiences Ive had with his business. I thought it was important he was aware of his employees making my purchase a priority. Thanks again Ema and Stapleton. The flowers are terrific.

A friend was recently admitted at Beth Israel Hospital and, wanting to brighten his day, I went on my lunch hour to Stapletons (Seaport World Trade Center) to order some flowers. The woman who helped me was so thorough and she made sure that the arrangement was colorful and cheerful as well as choosing a vase that would not take up too much space on the bedside table (tall and thin). It was delivered later that afternoon and he and his whole family were so happy and thanked us for the beautiful arrangement! Thank you Stapletons for being so detail-oriented and considerate! Most of my co-workers have visited Stapletons to order floral arrangements and everyone swears by their professionalism and artistry.

My sister used to live in Southie and now has moved away. I just moved into the neighbohood and she came to visit me last weekend. She brought me some amazingly beautiful flowers from Stapleton. She said she used to go there all the time and had another great experience. She went in and asked for spring colors; the florist enthusiastically suggested colors and flowers and put together something simple yet gorgeous. My sister had another great experience and that bouquet is still brightening up my tiny apartment. Stapleton is now where I will buy all my flowers! Beautiful product and exceptional service!

Ordered flowers for girlfriends birthday. CHose "Designers choice vased". Was around $80 with delivery and tax. Assumed I was going to get a bouquet in a "vase". Ended up with 4 flowers in a little glass box. Very cheap looking and Im embarrassed that I sent this. Totally cheap looking and completely underwhelming.

I recently ordered a sympathy flower arrangement. A staff member suggested an arrangement with Irish colors and while I was a bit skeptical, I agreed.
