The staff are great, but the lady manageress has a major problem. When purchasing a sewing machine, i took it home thinking it was working perfectly because the tag stated IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER. only to discover it didnt sew at all. When i returned it the manageress tried to insinuate that i had lied about it not working at all. so i called her bluff, and got her to thread it and tried out all 16 stitches, and none of them worked, so she agreed to refund me the money. however, subsequently i learnt from one of the staff members that she had used this incident to train new members of staff, but had changed the sequence of events to make herself look like a hero, and myself an idiot. such a shame because people like that do not belong in this type of business. Overall their prices are on the high side, and i do feel that the shopping experience is marred by the over zealous manageress.

I was surprised when I first walked in because this place is not your typical thrift store. It didnt even feel like a thrift store. It was like a department store with cheap prices. Absolutely fantastic. Everything was neatly organized, the staff were all nice and courteous, and the prices were great. It was cheaper than Goodwill, with not only a much better selection (its a HUGE store), but also better quality. Im a book-lover, so I always browse the book section at thrift stores. This one, although not a huge selection, is actually the best Ive ever seen because of the quality of the books and the prices. $1.00 for paperbacks and $1.50 for most hardbacks. Amazing! Great selection of clothes at very cheap prices, and such a nice staff. My new favorite store, and the best thrift store (including any Goodwill) Ive ever been to. Ill definitely be a regular there!

Deseret Industries employs divelopmentally disabled people. The profits they make go to Humanitarian Aid around our country and around the world! For TOURIST to say " :( Mormons" is hateful, ignorant, religiously bigoted, and small minded. If your shallow nasty comment turns away business of other CHEAP shallow bigots, and hurts their income, MANY people can be damaged by TOURISTs comments! Children in Africa who get life saving vaccinations that the LDS Church PROVIDES them - for FREE from profits derived from Deseret would no longer get them and would DIE. Handicapped people who have a job, are productive and feel part of working society would be out of work. Just to name a FEW. So TOURIST - get over yourself! I would expect youll NEVER sully yourself by buying cheap used goods from a Deseret ever again because after all - they are " :( Mormons" !!!

Incredible customer service! We walked up to the front to purchase a fan and unexpectedly an employee, Jacob asked us if everything was in there, we werent sure and he more than willing went through the box and let us know we needed a globe for the fan and pointed us to the right area in the store where we found a vast array of globes for the fan. All of the employees were well mannered and the ones we came across were more than courteous and offered their assistance without a rude huff and puff like most people at any store would do. I was thoroughly surprised to come across such valuable employees, being nowadays no one has manners or common sense to handle customers. Best customer service at a thrift store even better than most department stores I have been to.Thank you

Great store. Very well run store. Always clean & has a lot of great items. The staff has always been professional. I shop and donate at this location. donations are extremely easy with there drive through. This thrift store appears to only shelf useable items, you dont have to dig through piles of junk here. Which saves a lot of time I was very happy I could get all five of my kids all their school clothes, (that actually looked nice) for under $100.

In Las Vegas area this IS the best thrift shop in town! Prices are ALWAYS reasonable, Unlike GW who has turned corporate and prices are crazy high. The clothes here are ALWAYS clean and very organized. The people are so friendly. I just love shopping here. It is my go to thrift store thats for sure. This includes the one on Flamingo too, I have been to both and both have top quality people working for them that are great at customer service.

Where do I start! This is my GO TO thrift store. Ive come across some of the best furniture pieces for a very affordable price. I normally DiY the pieces. The staff are quite helpful. Lastly, Although you may have to search a bit hard they have some clothing pieces I believe cant be found any where else.I purchased a dress recently that Im in love with and I redecorated a bedroom with quite a few furniture pieces.

I have never walked away disappointed! They have an amazing selection to choose from. I have never walked in and out without buying something that I couldnt live without. Very clean, and staff keeps up with putting clothes back on the racks for the next customers. I am very impressed with the selection and quality of clothing.

This place isnt a "Thrift Store". Its more a store that sells thrift items. Everything they have is donated to them but yet there trying to get the most money out of the items they are selling. Items that obviously go together they sell separately. And items with any worth are over priced.

The most "WONDERFUL" thrift store. Very clean, wide selection, great prices! The store does not smell like thrift or cheap store. It always SMELLS so good (clean and fresh smell). Everything is clean. For me, this is a *PERFECT" thrift store.

The wife loves this dump. I guess I should too, because it saves me a bundle on her purchases. She even finds stuff that fits here here, as opposed to the mall where she is incessantly (ranting) about not being able to find ANYTHING.

they have the least sketchy and cleanest stores. clothes are color arranged on the racks. seems like all items are pre-sorted to be working, never find wonky things that are junk.
