I have never found the staff rude. The staff are a bit removed, but as I have an interest in biochemistry and ethnobotany, I find myself there on occasion. When I have asked questions to which the staff do not know the answer, they have shown initiative to find the answer. The do not, however, seem to take suggestions about products I would like to see in their hebal inventory, although that made be because Im the only one asking or simply a business decision. This is my opinion, but the claims made on the herbs offered are often erroneous or based on folklore and seem to violate the FDA requirement of supplement warnings. The staff seem to either be poorly trained or uniformed about the qualities of they sell; the products themselves are in some cases labelled so generically that one cannot be sure that one is picking the correct genus or species. So, in sum. Nice staff, can be helpful if one takes initiative, it would be helpful if product labeling was more descriptive in terms of genus and species and less descriptive in terms of claims, folklorist or not. Before taking any herbs or supplements, it would be wise to be responsible for ones own health by asking for a medical opinion or doing research. One should not blame the salespeople who are simply trying to earn a paycheck.

Great place! I have been going here for years and the quality is top notch. It is so nice to have a place locally that has a huge variety of essential oils and herbs. I use their products to create spa products for my own little massage biz - keeping it local! I love their raw desert flower honey, and they even carry almond rose water, which I cant find anywhere else and I have an almost unreasonable affection for. Their prices are very fair, for a health food store. And the Dr Bronners is always in stock. Herbally Grounded, I <3 You! Never go away!! :)

I did some research for the products I needed, and armed with my info, sought out a good local herbalist. I am so happy I chose this one. The store is very modern, and uplifting. There is no mysticism about the place. Everything is nicely labelled and easy to find, and you do not have to rely on the staff to get what you need. When I needed advice, the advice was given in an informative, helpful manner, just what I needed. I will definately be going back there. I do not know if they are pricey or not, as this is my first visit.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! This company has no quality testing records for any of their items and there explanation is, "Oh well we have been in a business a long time and no one has said anything." If you want to throw your money down the drain and enjoy not knowing what you are getting, then enjoy herbally grounded. It is companies like this that give the supplement industry a bad name.

My son was addicted to heroin, and while we were helping him detox, we contacted Herbally Grounded. I was very sceptical because even the doctor prescribed medications did not seem to help. Abby put together a package of different products. Within hours of using all the products, there was a tremendous change. They reall know what they are doing! We will forever be grateful!

I LOVE this store! I have tried so many other greens in the past but nothing like the Herbally grounded ones have given me so much energy and made me feel as good! I HAVE BEEN ATTENDING CLASSES AND BUYING SUPPLEMENTS FROM THIS STORE FOR OVER A YEAR NOW AND I AM AMAZED AT THE QUALITY AND KNOWLEDGE THE OWNER HAS. THIS IS A GEM IN VEGAS!! I love this place. Always recommend it to those looking for alternative methods for health. I was able to increase my twins iron level with the help here (moringa). Only complaint is there isnt another location. Customer service is always amazing! Thanks as always!

Better know what you need when entering or they will sell you whatever they can to make a sale. Poor attention to "the conversation of your needs" and very short on customeer service

The stuff did not allow me to use my own biodegradable BioBags. They provide toxic smelly, polluting plastic bags for their bulk. Had to leave with empty hands.
