I like the place just not the employees who prepare and serve the samples. Today as I was picking up a sample from a lady who was engaged in conversation with another lady picking up a sample as well, I thought Id just not interrupt the conversation and go on my way. The sample lady proceeds to abruptly stop her conversation with the other customer and tell me "youre welcome" as Im already walking away enjoying the sample and it was pretty hot. I thought it would be rude to talk with my mouth full and it was burning a little from my impatience to let it cool. Then she says "youre welcome" again, then turns to the customer she rudely ended her conversation with to tell the customer how rude I was that she did not get immediate appreciation from me and I had no manners. I always try to thank the sample people every time I try a sample and when I dont its because they are engaged in conversation with other customers. She could have just continued her conversation and did not need to make assumptions about me. This is the first time I have ever been treated this way by a Costco employee but I will no longer be taking any samples from them. It is still a great business and Ill frequent it but will not deal with the sample people again.

Disllike it when I would like to just get in and out and Costco is constantly "merchandising" (as in you will accidentally "find" something other than what you came to buy, and buy it) their products by moving them around so you have to search. Have to laugh at those who say "its crowded." LOL! This Costco, when it opened about 16 years ago, was an easy place to shop and navigate through due to LESS PEOPLE. Hey, humans! Try controlling your population, then. Were at 7+ billion and going strong. Whenever people come to an open-spaced place, they feel it is their "duty to crank out the babies and the quality of life plummets. Montana is no longer The Last Best Place....its been discovered.

Costco is my favorite place in Bozeman to take my one year old son and wife. We play with the toys and get hot dogs. Not to mention the deals are amazing, and the products are curated so theres nothing low quality in the store. Coupled with the awesome return policy, its the absolute, without a doubt, best place to buy anything. I am always one hundred percent confident that I will leave with a product that is the best possible combination of quality and value. Viva la Costco!

Been a member since they opened and before I was a member in Billings. They treat their members do well. They go over and above for you. They have been very helpful whenever Ive need assistance. Staff is great. Love the flowers also. We ordered over 200 long stem while roses for my daughters wedding for the tables then again for our anniversary party few years later.. You need to order in advance. They were awesome and had it all ready. Great way to save money.

This is a typical Costco that seems just a little bit smaller than most. The people were courteous. Nothing really stood out of the ordinary. We got to blow dry her hair. The shelves were well stocked and there were plenty of choices in the meat department. They had a wide selection of childrens books and cookbooks. They had some lovely jewelry and lots of electronics.

These guys have great customer service! Took my car in because my tires were leaking, I thought the whole valves needed to be replaced (so did they at first), which can be a bit pricey anywhere you go. But then they looked and found it was something simpler, fixed it, and refunded me.

Costco is always an important stop when we pass through Bozeman. Quality products, quality food at good prices, very friendly staff (even at the end of the day.) Costco stores are well run and clean and certainly my choice of the large discount stores.

Sometimes it would be nice if you had employees walking around to answer questions about where to find products. Because the only people are cashiers and obviously too busy to be bothered and by the time I get through the line its too late anyways

Friendly, helpful staff and samplers give this place a great vibe. Quality items and low prices are a Costco tradition. You can even get great tasting fresh food here for low prices. Everybody shops at the Costco.

Everything you want from Costco, plus lots of regional extras which come in really handy! Down jackets, camping gear, local foods & gift certificate packages are my favorite! Sometimes they even have ski passes!

What kind of retail establishment keeps such short hours? Closing at 6 on a Saturday? It would be great if I could ever inside. Turned away at 6:01 when I only needed one item. Not renewing my membership.

You cant argue.... The former CEO paying himself only 300k, the samples, the generous return policy, the better-than average employee wages... And the stockholders still win. You cannot argue.

Gas prices are good. The gas pump is at the back of the Costco but theres nowhere to park a vehicle/trailer while shopping inside. This location does not offer propane refills.

If youre looking to stock up on items for the house this place is it. You never know what youre going to get when you go here they routinely rotate stock. Highly recommended

Generally always a positive experience; however they should address the customer by name since they have the membership card which contains a photo and the customers name.

Usually pretty great customer service. Cheap prices for a lot of items but you must buy in bulk. Although, Ive found thats actually not always cheaper in some cases

All the usual Costco perks, only downside is the customers blocking aisles while grazing at the sample food kiosks. Maybe think about better placements?
