The staff are always helpful and friendly if your ever unsure about a system or a game they will give you helpful information to help you decide on your system but if its a game they can point you towards games u may like based on what you like I just started playing fallout because I like oblivion and skyrim I never would have played fallout had they not said its a first person shooter styled like skyrim and oblivion massive world and loads of missions

Customer service should be better, I was on hold for 25 minutes and I called a second time and they didnt even answer. I had a warranty on my ipod, my power button was jammed and I had a small crack in my screen, I called in to get it replaced, and they said they couldnt fix it. I went to another GameStop and they said they would replace it if they found another one. If they cant locate one all I get is a warranty refund of $20.00 and a broken ipod.

Other places have better prices. Also when I trade in games in the manager there always tries to make excuses about how my games are in "bad condition" to try to lower the price. My games are always in great condition. When the price says differently online when I check.
