Had a horrible experience there last night,my daughterand i were checking out around 215 in the afternoon at self checkout,I had a pair of pajama pants that were supposed to be $5.00,they rang up for $8.44,we called a clerk over to delete the transaction, thought she had cleared it,later on at home I realized she had not cleared it but had actually added another$8.44,I returned to store around 6 pm,stood in line at customer service for a good 30 mins,spoke with young lady there who took my receipt and said Ill be right back, she returned with another lady,Patricia, who told me very rudely that they would have to review the tapes the next day to see what happened, I asked what time the next day and she said she didnt know,around 10 maybe,I went out to my truck ,thinking about how I was treated,so before leaving I called and asked to speak to a manager,I spoke with Theresa,who asked that I come back in store,I returned to customer service and within a couple minutes Theresa came up and told the clerk they had to make it right, she then called Patricia over and asked why I was told they had to review tapes,Patricia told her because the transaction had been made early that morning, she and Theresa then came around counter where Theresa picked up my receipt, and giving me an accusatory look,I said maam as I told you on phone the transaction was at 215 or so,she looked at receipt and again told the clerk to refund my money and that she would take responsibility of it,I said maam I would not have driven back over here from Livingston to scam Walmart out of $18,from beginning to end this was an employees mistake,not making sure items were priced correctly to the adding instead of subtracting the item and I was made to feel like I was trying to scam them.I understand completely that people do this but I am not one of those people, think this should have been handled more professionally.

I recently bought a rotisserie chicken from Walker Wal-Mart on October 24,2012. I got home to eat it to find out after a few bites that it was raw. I called the store to tell them. They told me to come back for a refund or another chicken. I went back the next day to get the refund. I told the Customer service lady Rae that the girl in the deli was complaining that she had been out drinking all night and was ready to go home. Rae told me that she talked to her and she said she took them out a little early to clean up and go home. I started to get sick on the 25th and it kept getting worse and worse on the 26th I went to the hospital. They told me I was dehydrated and had gastroenteritis from the chicken. I called the store to talk to the manager about the situation and he told me to come in to fill out an incident report with Shelly Jones. She was very rude and seemed not to care, so I left. I called the manager back the next day and told him I wanted to meet with him and only him. So i did that and filled out the incident report. he told me to call claims so I called them after reporting them walmart corporate twice for the rude people I had to deal with and the chicken. The claims department denied to pay for the medical bills and basically told me I was lying about the raw chicken. I will NEVER go to walmart again. I had to sit in the hospital for 5 hours getting fluids and tests done. I used to do all of my grocery shopping with them but now I will never walk in that place again. They are very rude.

I finished checking out and my total came up to 52.07. I then handed the cashier 55.00. After realizing i had .07 in my pocket i tried to give it to her so she would not have to count exact change, and so i wouldnt have a pocket full of change. She then told me that she couldnt do that it was against the store policy. So i left and due to my ocd i had to call the manager just to find out what they would say. The first time i was hung up on, and the second manager told me that they would have to void the transaction refund the money them rering up the stuff because they keep track of exact penny, nickle, dime, quarter amounts and that it would through off her register. This i know to be a lie because Ive gone to the register countless times to get change for a dollar or had the same situation and the cashier was ok with it. I dont know why .07 has me so pissed off tonight but it really pushed my buttons. I Hope the manager i talked to reads this and gets better training.

Seldom do i walk into the Walker Walmart , and they have what I want, they always refer me to the Walmart in Denham. I ate the rotisserie chicken there twice and both times i got sick... the staff seems to know nothing about anything in the store, except in the pharmacy they are really great , there were quite a few times that ive walked into the mens clothing dept and the young ladies clothing dept with my daughter , Never got help and as a matter of fact the phone rang and rang and rang, no one ever answered it, on numerous occasions ive gone to customer service and there would be a long line with one person working it.I think from now on ill just take the trip to the Denham store because the time i spend and waste walking in the Walker Store only for them to tell me i have to go to Denham , well, Id be finished shopping twice as quick...I hate going to that store ...

Went in on a Thursday night 10/27 around 8pm. Had picked up some items for supper and other stuff I needed and went to check out. I had to write a check so I couldnt use self checkout according to the associate there at self check out. Ok fine I understand that but literally 3 cashiers standing there talking. Notice a line about 8 people deep and realize there is ONE register open. There was one other cashier and when I was putting my groceries on the belt she tells me oh no sir Im going on break Im closing. Never have I left a basket of groceries but I did that night. I was so aggravated. Unacceptable. No one cared and it showed. Went back Mon 10/31 same exact thing!!! This time I had my debit card so I could use self checkout but really it seems that is what they want. Shop and check your own self out. Wont be back for a long time I promise you that!!

I want to personally thank Patrick for helping me in the store, I was looking for an $8 can of air freshener and he helped me through it all the way to the end, turns out what I was looking for was in the auto section! He never gave up on my problem and wanted to make sure he was the one who solved it. There are some times I ask questions and the employee will just say "I dont know" or theyll immediately pass me off to another employee. Not Patrick - He was a great help and genuine guy, had me laughing and smiling after a long day at work. I wish every Walmart employee was Patrick honestly.
