Terrible customer service. 24 hours? HAH! I just tried to call a couple of times because I left something at the store earlier. After waiting quite a while, someone picked up the phone and then hung up immediately, TWICE! The cashier in the fast lane took ten minutes to get one woman through and she looked like she just got lucky to figure it out or she gave her the item free. I had stopped in the vision center. This was my third different WVC since I started wearing prescription glasses last year. This one has ONE person working in it. Over a dozen Walmart employees walked in, some went in the office or the third room of the WVC but none of them stayed, while customers were told they would have to wait. The guy who does work there does not seem to understand plain English. Between myself and the person he saw before me, I dont think he understood one single thing we said as it was intended, even on the second time through. We both gave up trying to explain what we meant after a couple of times. He seems to have in his mind how the conversation or transaction is going to go and is stuck there. It is truly hard to tell if he is a nice guy or something else entirely. I dont think his lack of personality is intentional. Also, and this is pointless because it is the same at every Walmart, there were thirty(?) lines and maybe half a dozen were open. I wonder how many thousands of dollars in sales are lost every hour because of that. I have seen McDonalds in a Walmart in Paducah lose over a hundred customers in one half hour because they only had the manager and one other employee there. People walked up, saw no chance of timely service, and walked away. People stop and pay more at other places because they cant stand the thought of getting stuck in a express line for twenty minutes.

Firstly, I think that customer services is vastly horrible and needs many improvements. The lady that answered the phone on the main number that directs you to other departments was very very rude. She was finishing another conversation while she answered the phone, which is so rude. Secondly, when I asked for what I needed, she rudely asked in a angry manner, what do I need? That is no way to conduct business. So she directed me to grocery, which the bakery kept picking up. They instructed me to call back to the same number, so I did. Bakery answered and sent me back to the main number. Then she angrily answered and sent me to grocery, then that person answered and I have been on hold for 20 mins. This is absolutely insane. This is no way to conduct business at all. IF you do not want to work, stop home. There are million of people that would kill for a job and you have rude people that dont want to be at work, working and answering the phone. I do not feel this is professional or a manner in how Wal-Mart wants to conduct their business. I feel all at least all the employees that work in customer service should value their job more and be a little more friendly when answering the phone because you are the first line of communication. I have been on the phone waiting over 45 mins now, this is absolutely insane. I am just going to see how long this will go on and then I am calling back to speak to a manager. If they dont want to look up the item or dont have time, just plain say so. This is crazy. Yours truly, A Very dissatisfied loyal Wal-mart customer....

Most of the employees (not all but most) are rude, lazy, unmotivated and act like you should feel lucky they even deign themselves to be there for you. They expect customer to get out of THEIR way, have no problem standing around talking or texting while the block aisles and will NOT move unless directly confronted. The store is perpetually under-stocked in multiple areas. Sometimes you can check out and the cashier will not say one word to you the whole time unless you force the exchange. Ive complained to the corporate office who merely forwarded the complaint to the manager who then called ME to find out how he could make me happy. Heres an idea, hire a manager who doesnt need assistance from untrained outside customers in how to run a store!!! I clearly stated the problem... the fix is self evident.

On 9/9/16, I was offered AT&T/Direct TV services by representative, James Moore. I had appointment originally for 9/16/16, rescheduled it to 9/22/16, after resolving some concerns I had about services as well as changing package type service. James addressed my concerns professionally and promptly so KUDOS to him. His manner in dealing with me allowed me to feel confident in choosing direct tv service over my previous cable service. Also, KUDOS, to the direct tv technician, Tony, who installed my new service for cable. Tony was professional, courteous, and thorough. I would definitely recommend the direct tv service because of the great experience these two gentlemen gave in representation of direct tv service.

I have never had a good experience at this wal mart. A FEW cashiers and door greaters will at least smile and say thank you. For the most part, the employees all act like they hate their job and deliver poor customer service consistently. I walked back to the photo department today to see what time they were open, apparently they were not. An employee was standing there behind the counter, who noticed me standing there. I was not even acknowledged. This is an example of what I experience every time I shop here. I am not alone either. I sincerely hope this store can make improvements. I know that Sam Walton is rolling in his grave.

If youre a Vicksburger, you already know why I have given the local Wal Mart only a 2-Star review. The staff is never attentive and never friendly. I always have to go a quarter of a mile it seems to find an associate to help me. These automated check out machines NEVER work and being an avid self checkout user, this infuriates me to new levels. Ive been to other Wal-Marts in big cities that had superb customer service so Im going to close the review with this statement... Vicksburg Wal-Mart employees, if youre ever in a big city and you need to go to Wal-Mart, make haste and learn some real customer service. Thanks, and good day.

Well, its Walmart. Compared the Walmart in my hometown, this store is HUGE. As Im just visiting the area, Ive made quite a few stops here. The CS on the floor have all been great help in finding what I needed. Great prices, huge selection. The store is always busy, so it is a bit disheartening to see that only 4 or five check out kiosks are open at any time. Their self-check-out could use a lot more organization (and registers). The unfortunate aspect of having so few registers is that it leaves the customer with bad thoughts as they leave. Have more lanes open!

Employees were VERY rude. Then when I asked of they has something in stock in electronics, they were wuick to reply no they dont have that. I found it 10 mins later because I went looking for it. Also, there are 27 lines for checkout... 4 of which were open. People were OVERFLOWING over isles into the clothing area because they are too lazy to man the registers... or the managers need to be fired or retrained with someone that knows what they are doing. This was pathetic, inconvenient, and a waste of time to even step foot in there. THIS PLACE NEEDES HELP!!!
