Shane who is an evening pharmacist is very disrespectful. I was told there was a problem nation wide that my UHC insurance wouldnt link to the system. Other pharmacists and techs at the same Walgreens and other Walgreens laughed and said that problem existed months ago. He would not allow me to pay out of pocket saying it was state law, even knowing it was life threatening and I was going out of state the next day. I had a nurse from the doctors office call the pharmacist and she asked why he would tell me its illegal to pay out of pocket and why the day shift pharmacist never mentioned the cliche issue , he admitted to her it was strictly a personal choice. Im still trying to understand why a pharmacist would make a decision to withhold medication and completely LIE to me. The pharmacist at another Walgreens gave me no problem that night on the rock road. Shane you are a Disgrace to all pharmacists and Walgreens

I visit this store about once per week. I have had issues several times at this store with associates being unknowledgeable about the stringent Walgreens coupon policy and with associates being rude, unfriendly and unaccommodating. Yesterday, I encountered this issue again – Manager Marquel was unable to articulate the severe coupon policy to me because it is so complicated and harsh that even he does not understand it. He was incredibly dismissive and rude and made me feel unwelcome and completely unappreciated as a regular customer. I will not be returning to this store, and it is unlikely that I will visit any other Walgreens location again either.

I visit the STORE very often a I never have an issues whit them. Im sorry i cant said same on the PHARMACY the personal is been several time there rude, unfriendly and unaccommodating. This morning they was incredibly rude and made me feel unwelcome and completely unappreciated as a regular customer. I was try to get a prescription for pneumonia and they couldnt do it. Because last night I supplied the rest in a 24 hrs and I had to do it where I supplied the others. I will not refill my prescription anymore here I will transfer to the one in Page Ave the are always with smile on there face and happy to assist you.

The pharmacy is an absolute joke. Several times when I dropped off a prescription order for my dad they didnt have the drug available so I had to go to another Walgreens. Other times they say their "systems are down" and other times they make you sit in the drive-thru for at least ten minutes before they get to you. Today we sat there for 15 minutes before someone finally came to the window. And no, they werent busy inside. This is a very common occurrence there. Go somewhere else.

Took me a week to get my prescription filled! Then, when I finally got a call that it was ready, they told me their system was down and to come back in an hour! Outrageous. Will not be coming here again, choose a different pharmacy.

I like them all yeah some times they slow but they are busy trying to get out every else medicine too .. Even with ours.. We should be thankful that they take the time to get it done.. Thank you, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN
