Rude. Everyone in the store is usually pretty friendly but the lady in the pharmacy drive thru must be having a rough day.... She was snippy and cut me off when I was trying to ask a question about my mothers medication. I ended up not getting my question answered, and when I asked how long it would be because my mother had ran out this morning, she huffed and snapped at me that "it will be at least an hour and half". Which was NO PROBLEM, but her attitude was annoying. Like how dare I ask how long it would be.. This is why I go to CVS.

Dropped off script on Monday eve. Tuesday night, pharmacy staff told me, "you need a prior authorization; we cant do anything unless your Doctor contacts the insurance company; you have to call your Dr" (NOT TRUE, AND NOT THE WHOLE STORY). So I call my Doctor, and they say, The pharmacy needs to fax us a request for prior auth." So I call Walgreens back, and they say, "we faxed it over already." -- WELL WHY DIDNT YOU DO THAT ON TUESDAY MORNING, AND TELL ME THAT WAS PART OF THE PROCESS?? Im still in the middle of this run-around. : (

Dont go to the Healthcare Clinic here. Just a bunch of ill-educated RNs for nurses/"doctors" who dont know jack. Had to go to another medical clinic to tell me I had a viral infection that required antibiotics and these morons were only looking a strep throat instead, claiming thats all they look for. Go to a real doctor or medical clinic for your medical care, not these people.

Walgreens (including this one on Brentwood) needs to staff their pharmacies with more pharmacists and techs as they are getting so busy. Will start going elsewhere from now on.

Decent neighborhood pharmacy. They tend to take long for filling prescriptions and picking up Rx. Healthcare Clinic offers school physical exams for $25.

Good drive through. Doggie treats at window. Good Take Care clinic inside. Some waits, as there are only 2 nurses available.

This Walgreens could use an upgrade as it seems a little outdated. The staff are friendly.
