Worst experience ever!!! I have been to this location thousands of times over the years and it is generally pretty good but today was terrible. We waited a good 30 min to be served cold, bland food and runny grits. By the time it got there I was hungry enough to just go ahead and eat it anyway. I wasnt even going to complain about the disappointing food but my girlfriend mentioned the grits having a soupy consistency so the waiter replaced it with more of the same. We then just decided to pay and leave. None of this, to this point, would have kept me from coming back. After all, we all have an off day from time to time but as we were paying the manager came over and asked if I was the one with the runny grits and I said yes, thinking he was simply going to apologize and move on. He proceeded, in a very condescending manor, to suggest that I did something to the grits to make them runny and that it was somehow my fault. At no point did I ask or suggest that I be compensated for the disappointing meal (even though my girlfriend only took about 4 bites of hers and did not take the remainder with her) so for this manager to suggest that I did something to my food to get them to comp it was absolutely ridiculous. #WORSTMANAGEREVER!!

While it isnt* a place where you can get 100% celiac friendly meals, their staff are knowledgeable about allergens, and patient with those of us with allergies or sensitivities who need to spend the extra time to navigate the allergen grid. It would be easier on both customers and servers if they just added "GF" next to the items on the menu that are made without gluten containing ingredients and a marker on items that contain any of the top 8 allergens like some other restaurants do. It is nice to not feel special needs when going out to eat, and needing an allergy grid or special menu in order to get your food makes dining out, work. Also, the menu items are discussed in whole, not as could be GF if ordered without seasoning or some such. The allergen menu is difficult to navigate due to all mention of specific allergens not being in the same section of the allergen guide. The food is delicious though, and the servers are more than willing to modify your order in any way you need, within very loose boundaries. They even have real honey and good hot sauces! *Cracker Barrel makes biscuits from scratch on the kitchen daily, there is wheat flour in some concentration in the air, constantly.

Loved it, we always stop in when we travel through. There is always a bit of a wait but nothing horrible and its also because there are usually a minimum of 6 when we stop if not more so they accommodate us pretty quickly considering. We use the wait time to peruse around there old country store picking out little trinkets and gifts. Love that they had a whole corner of biblical devotionals, Bibles, childrens Bibles, childrens Bible stories, worry stones and etc faith based. We snagged a Bible Stories book our children live to read from at bed time and a worry stone with an angel within it and prayer card for my grandmother who was in the nearby hospital fighting pnemonia and cancer. Food is always great and the prices are awesome for the crazy amount of food u get. And despite our road weary heathens and our frazzled demeanor the staff was very kind and quick.

Nicer atmosphere and appeared to be a good selection of menu choices! The portions were small for the prices and service read just so-so! S when past of my meal was wrong I had to all trust the printer past be taken back and relax fresh when the right thing was corrected! The vegetable was not initially brought back out had to ask and it was obvious it had just been re warmed when it finally did arrive! The kale salad was thinner best thing I had and would suggest that but the riot was very small!

Not the best cracker barrel that I have been to but I got my fix. Some of the best country fried steak around . Mash potatoes are always on point. Wife and kid enjoyed their food as well. ~~~~~ Another great visit yesterday. Had the best waiter, chipper, fun and on point. Big group of 11 and he kept track of everything, took time to be personable, had fun with the kids as well. All our food was correct and fresh and hot.

Love the store and the food isnt bad. But one day when I went into the ladies rm...as I was sitting...realized there was a MAN repairing the toilet in the stall beside me! When I complained that there had been NO sign to alert me or the other unsuspecting lady that also was in there...we were shrugged off!! Was so upset by their lack of concern over their lady customers...I reported the mangement to the headquarters!

They have some of the best breakfast food around. Regretfully, its more expensive to order a la carte and get only what you want than it is to order a set breakfast. So, I ordered a set breakfast and asked the waitress to please not bring the couple of dishes I knew I wasnt going to be able to eat, so as not to waste food. I recommend the country ham, biscuits, and fried apples. Theyre all delicious.

Good old fashioned country cooking. My only complaint about Cracker Barrel has always been portion sizes. They should have "Big Boy" options. But its great for my mom whos a senior citizen. It fills her up just fine. One redeeming quality they do have is their selection of old fashioned colas. I <3 Red Rock Ginger Ale and it is one of the ones they sale in their country store.

My wifes sandwich was served with blacked - not toasted bread which they tried to hide by putting it on the bottom and inside the sandwich. They said it would take 6 minutes for my sons side dish - we were told as they were bringing our food. And I didnt know shrimp could be so chewy. Not to mention half way through dinner the waitress delivers the check !

The food may be amazing but you need to get a chance to try it. With so much advertising on the highway youd think they would have enough staff to not make you wait 30 minutes..they do not. Staff was rude and overwhelmed. They made me waste a lot of time on my trip. Very disappointed by this location, and I recommend to avoid it at all costs!

OK as chain restaurants go. Service at this location, like at most Cracker Barrels, is a bit hit and miss - usually friendly, but sometimes less than polished (even by diner standards). Place was empty this morning and waitress was still in hurry up mode - all but pushing me out the door. Food is consistent if uninspired. Safe choice.

I took my daughter here today for her annual birthday breakfast: she turns five on Monday. Our server J.J. Phillips was amazing. My daughter ordered for us and he took the order as if I had ordered. She was very talkative and he kept interacting with her. He appears to really love his job. It made her birthday breakfast even better.
