First of all, as much wrench turning as I do, most would think that working on a vehicle would not change my personality.........so when I call the parts store, I am "IN THE ZONE". Just not the same zone as the Auto Zone, in Liberty, MO, employee (Manager?)Jim is in. His professional demeanor and true concern for me and my issues made a warranty swap go from the normal " I am POd for having to go through the same repair again, to appreciating his courteous, genuine "I care" attitude. I am not normally a person who leaves feedback on anyone or anything, but Jim, I feel, should be commended for his hard work and care for a customer. Even though I am from out of state, and Jim knows that I will most likely never be returning to his store once I am done with business here, his attitude never changed, and that makes a great impression on me. So if you have a choice and youre not sure which auto parts store to choose Jim will make the choice an easy one for you........and, no, I am neither family nor did I know him before going to his store. Told me that an EGR tube gasket is dealer only. How laughable. Go right behind their store to Advance Auto Parts and see Alex. It was indeed difficult to find, but at least they took the time to help instead of simply spouting "Nope, thats a dealer only part". Will not be returning. People with prior knowledge of some vehicles would be helpful, not just people who breath and can punch random silliness into a computer.

The guys at AutoZone will get all my business in the future. They were personable and expert in their knowledge and help. First rate customer service, even though it was heavily raining and cold. The best experience I have had in retail in a long time. AutoZone consistently the best.
