RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY HOLLYWOOD BEAUTYS SO CALLED BRAZILIAN/PERUVIAN HAIR, UNLESS U HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY OR TO CONTINUE TO SUPPORT ARAFS................I PURCHASED SOME BRAZILIAN (CAT HAIR)...AFTER WASHING IT AFTER 3 DAYS IS SHED BADLY...TANGLED RIDICULOUSLY AND THERE WAS NO LONGER A WAVE. I WENT TO SHOW THE OWNER HE STATED THAT IT WAS GRADE C....WHY WOULD U TELL ME THAT THIS WAS SOME CAT HAIR BEFORE I BOUGHT IT?? THEN HE SAID BRING IT BACK WITHIN 3 DAYS......#REALLY.....AND I CAN BUY SOME BETTER HAIR AND PAY THE DIFFERENCE......DONT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY............LOOK AT YTOUTUBE REVIEWS AND RUN FROM THESE CHINESE AND ARAFS PLEASE!!!

I freaking hate this place! Its way too much stuff cluttered in the aisles! They literally have too much stuff in a huge store. It used to be very roomy and you could move around the store without bumping into someone, not now! They bunch everything up to sell more but charge way too much! Very pricey place for hair that you can get down the street for less and it be better quality. There "virgin" hair is not virgin, real virgin hair doesnt have 7a grade or none of that in front of it and yes it can feel real good when they sale it to you, but soon as you wash it then youre going to be mad. Do not shop here, they over price everything!

When this beauty supply first opened, I loved the service and variety of hair to choose from at this location. Once the "newness" had worn off, the service went down hill. The past few times that Ive gone into the store, I didnt get a hello or can I help you with anything (the basics of customer service)! On my last visit, I came to the conclusion that I would not go to this store again after the attitudes and eye rollings of the employees. They did not want to work at work.

These guys are always helpful and pleasant. Ive had several experiences with shopping at beauty supply stores some havent been pleasant. No matter which location Ive gone to Hollywood Beauty provides quality customer service. I appreciate being treated with respect especially when Im spending money. They do this and they are helpful in the process. #customerservice

I dont like the entrance to turn into the parking lot but when I go in they are very friendly and ready to assist. I have visited the location twice. They have a wide variety of hair and products and I will visit this location every time I need beauty supplies . I drive 25 minutes and pass many other stores but this location gives me everything in one stop.
