Let me start by saying this is the only jeweler youll ever need to visit from this point forward. I was referred to Clayton Jewelers by a friend, and honestly, I dont think I couldve picked out a better spot to go fourth with my engagement. I had been to many of the chain jewelers that you see at the malls and hear on the radio, and none of them even compared to the excellent product and service I received from Clayton Jewelers. Shannon was the one who helped me build the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancé. I came to her with a few ideas, and within a day she got back to me with a photoshopped image, which looked exactly, actually even better, as it did in my head. I told her it was perfect, and she informed me that she would order the necessary pieces and get to working on it right away. I think less than a week, or maybe week and a half later, she called to inform me that it would be ready that night. The picture she sent me of the finalized product blew my mind, for it looked so much better than the already perfect "example ring" she showed me previously. This was all happening very suddenly, and I let her know I was freaking out about having no way to propose. She instantly took the liberty of suggesting many ideas, and in the end pretty much planned everything out for me, bless her heart. Upon getting to the store, and finally seeing the finished ring in person, it almost brought a tear to my eye. It was perfect. It was so much more beautiful than any photograph could ever capture. Everything from the cut, to the band, to the personalized engraving (which was on such a small band, it is beyond me how the master jeweler was able to put it in there) had me and my fiancé in awe. It truly was one of the greatest moments in my life, and it was everything plus more that my bride-to-be wanted. There were also so many follow ups, generous cards, and thank yous galore that it made me know they genuinely appreciated my business, unlike any chain store would have. I would give Clayton Jewelers a million stars if possible, but sadly, five is the highest this goes. If you want amazing, quick, and detailed work along with the best customer service possible, then this is the place to go. And for any gentlemen out there reading this- I was clueless like some of you might be. Shannon made me feel very comfortable, and always knew exactly what I was talking about, even when my lingo made no sense. She was super personable, and made this process so easy without having to get my lady involved.

Thank you Clayton Jewelers for turning our dream rings into a reality!! **Little background info about our rings!** When Jace and his son proposed to me at my parents house in front of my family, I was given Jaces mothers wedding ring. Her tiny little size 4 finger meant I could only wear it on my pinky! So we had to start the process of what we wanted/ could do with it in order to make it a stunning ring of my dreams. Shannon has been a friend of mine since I was about 20. Everyone that knows her, or has ever seen her, knows that woman has an eye for not only fashion, but jewelry, accessories, and anything that has to do with ALL of that. Who else would I go to?! She knows me, my style, my personality... better than I do. She is perfect! The ideas her and Steven came up with were constantly hitting the mark. The way they set my mother-in-laws diamonds into my ring to surround the most gorgeous and perfect opal they hand-picked for me STILL takes my breath away! I cried my eyes out when my husband surprised me and re-proposed with this one of a kind beauty. On to Jaces ring. Shannon and Steven saved the BIGGEST diamond from his mothers ring to set into his wedding band. Not only did they create a stunning and perfect ring for the best man I know, but they connected our rings forever by using her diamonds in both rings. Ive never seen so much thought and care put into jewelry for a man! To top this ALL off (I know, I know... HOW can these rings be ANY more perfect?!) They engraved the inside of BOTH rings with special lines from the both of us, to each other. The inside of mine says "Come As You Are" (Nirvana is my favorite band, and that particular lyric/line holds special meaning to us) while the inside of Jaces says "Waste Away With Me" from the song Everlong, which not only is a very important song to us but also the song we walked down the isle to. Love is real and our rings shine every single day to prove it!

Hands down THE BEST. I could not have asked for a better experience while searching for a custom engagement ring. Steven and Shannon are the absolute best in the jewelry business. The greatest part is they do not make it feel like a "business" to you. They treat you like you are their #1 customer. Steven and Shannon care greatly about making the jewelry buying experience as easy as possible (especially for someone who knew very little about jewelry before this) and creating the ring of your dreams. They are sincere and personable, and tremendously knowledgeable in jewelry. My fiance and I walked into the store with a vague and layperson description of what she envisioned for her engagement ring. Shannon was instantly able to walk us through the process and helped my fiance narrow down the vision of what she wished for in her ring and diamond. Steven then handcrafted the exact ring we described. The complete diamond and ring was stunning. Needless to say, my fiance was in awe of the custom ring. My fiance and I also live out-of-town so after our initial consultation at the store, we did the majority of our communications via email and phone. Steven and Shannon were always responsive to our calls and emails and I was never worried about not being able to visit the store more often. You do not need to live in St. Louis to shop with Clayton Jewelers. They will take care of you from anywhere. Simply, Clayton Jewelers should be the first place you visit if you are searching for jewelry. Their work is second to none and their customer service will make you feel comfortable and reassured that they will take care of everything.

To say that I am glad that we went with Clayton Jewelers is an UNDERSTATEMENT. In December of 2015, my now fiancee and I were playing around with the idea of finding my engagement ring. I had always heard that Shane Co. was a good place to go. But, I had seen from time to time Clayton Jewelers in my news feed on Facebook and had them in the back of my head as well. Honestly, I thought they would be out of our price range. Which was $2000-$3000.) When we decided to get serious about finding a ring, I was browsing Facebook and happened upon a very vulnerable post about the amazing jeweler at Clayton. I decided to see if we could afford them. Once I had spoken with Shannon at Clayton Jewelers, I knew we had found the place to purchase our rings. They were such humble, sweet and accommodating people! They made every part of my experience feel so unique and like they truly cared about every aspect of my ring. We ended up doing a custom design with them. In which, I felt like they had so much patience with me because I am picky! I was able to speak with both Steven and Shannon about every single detail about my ring. And now, I have the ring of my dreams. I could never thank them enough for the very personal and amazing experience they provided me. It was truly a once in a life time experience!! I am so grateful and glad to have chosen a "local" jeweler versus a chain store! Why not choose an intimate setting for one of the most intimate moments of your life?! Thank you both so much.
