I went into the Tupelo, MS store to get 1 piece of plywood and have it cut to size (12 x 29). The girl at the register told me to go wait by the saw area (back of the store), someone else was back there waiting too, and an employee was on the way. No one was back there. A while later (10-15 mins), no one had showed up. I found a young man working, and he said someone would be with me soon. Then an older guy walked by and flippantly said, "I cant help, Ive been here all day and Im leaving." I asked him to send someone else and he said he would. 15 minutes later, no one had come, and I called the front desk and told them I was back there at the saw for about 30 mins and had talked to 3 people who promised someone would be with me soon. The front desk said someone was on the way. They never showed up. After waiting way too long for help, and after talking to 4 people who knew I was there and needed help, I left. The store is understaffed and the staff they do have has no passion to serve their guests. I wont be back. Go to Lowes, Tupelo Hardware, or anywhere else. Just not Home Depot.

Ordered a mower told me a week they didnt get it said it would be another week called when that week was up said they had no idea when it would be in store went to store to get money back canceled the order on the mower next day they called saying the mower was there could pick up still if I wanted so I went to the store payed for the mower they said come back tomorrow they would have it put together they didnt so I waited a hour for that so two weeks and two days later I have the mower with 50 dollars taken off the price but the mowers great

Long as you dont need any help its great I dont know why but its like getting teeth pulled finding someone to help you. And when you do they like Ill be with you in a few minutes and they are by theirself just saying if you work in a department make sure you have a little experience in that department

Awful. Stop production and selling. You dont make remote control devices available and your staff offers no help. Tells me to go on the internet to get help.

This store has the most unconcerned staff. Do not go if your time is important ! Do not call unless you have time to remain on hold indefinitely!
