I bought a Weber grill on or about August 21st 2014. After using the grilll twice with no problems I got ready to crank it up for Labor day weekend. To my disapointment I smelled gas. After checking further into it I could feel gas coming out from between the part that screws into the tank and the modulator valve. I contacted the store manager and he refered me to Weber. I wasnt shopping at a big box type store but I went from a customer to a number at the first sign of trouble. Good luck with your store if you treat all your customers with the same lack of customer service that I received. No other options were offered to me. Ace hardware "Home of the helpful hardware man". Not at this location!!!!!!!
