This is a great store with great people ready and willing to help you. Anytime I need equipment or advice, these folks provide excellent guidance. Mike in the rental department has been especially helpful. He asks the right questions to really understand what equipment will serve customers best while keeping cost in mind. There have been plenty of times that Mike has saved me time and money just by pointing me in the right direction. The rest of the rental crew always hustles to get customers set up and on their way as quickly as possible. Again, great store with great people. This should be your first stop when tackling a project.

I purchased a lawnmower with blower attachment (2017). After the first use had a few problems which I had to solve myself. After the second use had a problem that it couldnt solve myself and it just so happened to be the beginning of the snow season and they said they could not fix it for six weeks. I was able to limp by for the winter and brought it in to be fixed this summer (2017) and they told me it would be a two-week wait. Update on 6/30 talked with Wes and said there was a disconnect and that this does not happen often. Look forward to purchases and working with Wes and Kimps in the future.

I bought a new STIHL chain saw from this location. I used chain saw for about an 45 minutes. Chain saw started acting when it was warm. Brought in the chain saw and clerk told me it will take them two weeks to look at it. To me this place does not seem efficient in working warranty items. So far not a happy customer with their slow response to service. My advice pick a different place to buy tools where you can get prompt service

This year we are doing a major landscaping project. I love that you can rent decent equipment that is reliable for big projects. We would never have undertaken this if it wasnt for the skid steer rental. Also, their spring garden center is wonderful!
