I got my glasses 1 or 2 months ago now, I forget when exactly, but my experience has been bothering me for a bit now. I didnt get anybodys names, which I regret. The eye doctor that I saw was fine until the end, I asked for a copy of my prescription including pupil distance. I like to have a copy, I feel like thats normal. He did not give me a copy. Three ladies up front at the check in desk/computer didnt seem to have the slightest clue what was going on, they seemed very confused and scatter-brained, at one point when I tried to see if my insurance would work I was informed that it would actually cost more if I used my insurance so they didnt recommend it. Im young and unfamiliar with how insurance works so maybe they were right for all I know, but it didnt seem right to me. I thought insurance helped cover things but I guess not. The only person that made the visit worthwhile was the lady that helped me pick out frames and pay for them, she was wonderful. I wish I had gotten everybodys names so that this review would mean more, but bottom line I do not recommend this place anymore. I use to like it because its cheap, but after spending $400 its not even cheap anymore, I do not plan on returning here in the future. Now I need to find a new place to go to to get a copy of my prescription since Pearle Vision apparently doest give out copies anymore.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Where do I begin? Advise? DONT GET GLASSES HERE!!!!!! The Dr. was overbearing and RUDE! She was very quick with the examination but slow when explaining/upselling the progressive lens. She knew I was displeased by her rude behavior so she went to Justine and they both said negative words about me behind my back. When I read my records, I saw where Justin had written that I was "agitated". Can you believe it? They were literally trying to put this horrible customer service experience on ME as if I was the villain and they were the victims. As they were turning this bad experience on ME, they upselled me to the tune of approximately $600. When my husband questioned his insurance- and them, they chose not to work with ME (not my husband) because they felt "I was hard to work with". WOW. This adds insult to injury. Please do not go to them. Go somewhere else folks. You deserve quality service for your hard earned money. Customer Service is still important in this world folks. If you dont believe it, ask yourself why are so many people ordering online instead of in the stores? NO ONE want to pay for poor service. Wed rather place an order online.

The first time I went in I had to tell the doctor to clean off the machines before I put my face in them. He wasnt very friendly and I thought that was pretty gross. I had went to a doctor previously and was given two different prescriptions because one of my eyes has astigmatism. This doctor did not give me two different prescriptions. When I asked about this I was told "This doctor must not think you need them." I shrugged it off. When I got my contacts I could tell they werent right. I finished out the prescription and then called to see if I could come in to get a fixed prescription. They said they would charge me a contact "fitting" fee. I told them that I already had contacts so I dont need a fitting as I already know how to wear them. I was told that they have to do this regardless. This costs me $50. Go somewhere else. Much more professional and not so expensive.

Zero stars should be an option. This store doesnt explain what they are selling and make it out to be your fault when it doesnt work how you expect it to. The worst of all of this, I have sent an email and called their toll-free customer service number 4 times and still havent recieved a call back from the store manager or regional manager Marie B. Not being given the courtesy of acknowledging my problem, except by the people I talk to when I call the 1-800 number who really seem to be embarassed by the lack of cooperation on behalf of the people they work for, is the most insulting of all.

They used to be really great, however customer service has gone downhill over the past 2 years. I have been coming here for over 10 years and had been really pleased. Once the Manager, Brett, left it quickly went downhill. They dont call you anymore to let you know when your glasses are in and when I asked about that, the girl said well, you know...." Terrible. I am going back for a 3rd time because they cant seem to get my prescription right. Will never go back.

Absolutely the worst customer service Ive received. Ordered glasses and waited a month, had to go in to the store to find out if they were in and was presented with something that wasnt even close. Manager is uncaring and couldnt even fulfill his commitment to call me later that same day to update me on what was going to be done to resolve the issue. They have my money and I have no glasses and no communication from the store. Next stop- BBB

Terrible customer service. Sent my glasses in, only a year old, to get new lenses. They failed to inform me that by doing this I would void warranty (issue #1) and then they proceeded to break my 400$ frames when trying to insert the lenses (issue #2) and then told me that I had to pay 150$ to replace the frames THAT THEY BROKE (issue #3). Thats just bad business. Dont buy your glasses here. They just want your money and dont care about you

Glasses are over priced. Terrible customer service. Will never use them again. Bought 2 pairs of glasses for my daughter 1 pair was lost in the mail and then on back order. No one called to tell me it was on back order and when I showed up they just gave me another pair that werent what we ordered. Had to make multiple trips to the store and didnt get called about what was going on at all. Would never go here again.

The Optometrist didnt like answering any questions and left us with a feeling of (Uggh). There is a woman carrying a baby around, which I appreciate anywhere else except the workplace. Not surprising she was distracted and never ordered the glasses. Then they neglected to contact me when the expedited glasses were finally in. The place is not professional and they have no pride in their work.

The Justine guy is a total disgrace very bad customer service, including the female carrying a baby very lazy comes out of the back eating food and then handles your stuff with her greasy hands. If you want bad service please visit this horrible place, as Mr Justine or Justin will take care if you being rude, lazy and a total snob. Yucks!!! Zero stars if I could.

I had a appointment at this place it went fine. Doctor was very kind and helpful.Pick out glasses waited 2 weeks later still didnt came. Wait a month later still didnt come . Call to see what the hold up was but they keep saying well call you when their in. Im frustrated. Its been 2 months still no GLASSES. I Wil never come here again.
