I have ALWAYS had issues with this specific gas station. This is the only one I go to because its so close to my house, and they started offering double coupon days on Tuesdays for any competitor coupon. But, theyve changed their policies around, what seems like every week. Ive started to get whiplash. I was told a few months ago that the back two pumps (closest to the street) are pay at the pump or prepay only after 7 or 8pm when it gets harder to see who is at the pump due to it being dark and whatnot. Now, they are always prepay or pay at the pump. This gets incredibly frustrating during the rush hour times when there are lines of 3 or more cars per pump. Not to mention if you have one of those stupid coupons, the butt of your car will be in the street because youre waiting for one of the pumps that is not prepay. I spoke to a girl about a month ago about this issue that I run into every single time I get gas there. I asked her why they dont just have security cameras. She said they do, but they arent positioned to point at the pumps. WHY then would you even have cameras? I think the management here needs to sort our their priorities. Spend the few hundred to either replace or reposition your cameras so you can stop inconveniencing your paying customers or lose them altogether. Im taking my business to BP down the street from now on.

I enjoy the people who work here. They are hard working and remember my boyfriend and I every time we come in. They are very friendly and always go above and beyond. They are extremely patient too. The selection is small but it has a lot of the necessities. Gas is on the higher side but being the only one within a half mile - mile they dont have too much competition. Overall, I am very pleased with this Super America.
