Im siting here right now, dealing with the worst customer service Ive seen in retail. Not once did any of their associates ask me if I needed help. Ive been sitting at the stupid DIY design/print center for nearly half an hour. The associates failed to mention that the USB drive doesnt work. At first I thought it was my Mac-formatted drive (which probably was the case) so I ran across the street to target and bought a flashdrive--came back, and their windows 95 computer STILL isnt reading it. The guy took my flash and put all the files on a cd-r without telling me/asking me. So i put the cd in, it works, but low and behold, i need to make a modification to one of the files. Guess what? I cant rewrite because its not a cd-rw. Anyway, looks like Im not getting my business cards done here because their machine doesnt work and no one really cares anyway. Two cheers for apathy. Im just wondering how long it will take them to notice that Ive been sitting here doing absolutely nothing but writing a bad review....

The staff members at this location are always friendly and willing to work out any problems. My orders that I print online are always done remarkably quickly. When I asked a staff member a question about a certain product, she e-mailed me all the pricing and options while I was still in the store. I have had really good experiences here and will definitely be back.

Excellent customer service! A few different employees helped me and they were all friendly and patient while explaining how to use some of their equipment. Even at the checkout I felt valued as a customer. Ive come to really appreciate good customer service after noticing how rare its becoming at most places. Nice work staff at FedEx Richfield!

My prints are always done fast, and the customer service is excellent! Also, LaMonica is the best. She is super kind and very helpful if you need to learn more about how to use the copiers :) I decided not to buy a printer because I always have a good experience printing at FedEx.
