I have been to Walmart in Maple Grove, MN and Target in Plymouth, MN. The customer service at Walmart was amazing. They did everything they could to make sure I had what I needed. Sandy at Plymouth Target was not helpful in my ordering, she didnt know what she was doing. I went in the store twice to order my contacts and she completely ignored me for 10 minutes each time, sitting in the back room on the phone. Today I called this morning at 11 and was put on hold and hung up after 15 mintues and I called again just now and she said I needed to come in. I will NEVER go back to Target optical in Plymouth, MN.

Girls working the reception area...10/10 loved my experience with them. The fill in docotor was late to work, droppped off her things, left the optical department without acknowledging my presence even AFTER the girls told her that her 12:00 was here. The doctor, left to go to the pharmacy, came back 10 minutes later. I finally got to see the doctor 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I had a better experience with my daughters appointment a week later.

Horrible, horrible customer service!!!! Ive now been to two Target Optical locations - Plymouth and Fridley. They both had the worst customer service. Ive been left on hold for 10 mintues multiple times and also ignored (not even a greeting or letting me know theyd be with me in a bit). Go somewhere else, these places seem to be understaffed and employees seem stressed and unable to handle the customers!

Best eye exam ever! Doctor was very attentive and explained everything comprehensively. I truly feel my prescription from here improved my vision better than any prior prescriptions. Reception couldnt have been more accommodating and relaxing. The staff is awesome. They enjoy their jobs and it reflects in their customer service. These ladies are the epitome of customer service.

Isles are a little cramped and people are a bit rude. But, its huge and they always have what I want.
