I went in to buy used skis for my daughter. They told me they had a 14-day return policy. It turned out that the skis had weird bindings and I couldnt find boots that works, so I took them back after 4 days. They then told me that since they sold us used skis—we hadnt used them—they would only offer store credit and not a refund. There was a sign on the counter, but I didnt see it when I paid and the guy who told me "14-day return policy" didnt mention that it was only good for store credit. Will never shop there again.

What a horrible experience! My family was in today with the intention of buying over $100 worth of merchandise. After receiving absolutely no help in an almost empty store and wandering around finding our items, our 4 year old asked to use the bathroom. We were very rudely told that the restroom was not for customer use under any conditions. We put everything back and left. This store wont be getting my business!

The few times I have gone into this store I get horrible help from the staff, if any at all. Today I went in with the intention of buying used ice skates, the salesman helped me try on one pair, was pulled away from a co-worker, but said hed be right back, but never came back....as I walked out he was doing something else.

I was just here a little while ago to get some baseball stuff. The guy that helped us out was awesomely nice. He was very helpful, looked everywhere in the store for what we needed and we came out with smiles on our faces. Great customer service. I would highly recommend this place.

Amazingly large selection. Unfortunately staff are few and far between, and too busy talking to each other to help. I found my roller blades myself and had to flag someone down to check out. Regardless, they had an unrivalled selection that I would return to.
