Took my 3 year old daughter to the Minute Clinic to get her flu shot. I actually had her excited to get the shot by explaining why we get flu shots and telling her she could get any candy she wanted after the shot. When we got there and signed in, the practitioner was already seeing someone. I thought it would be a short wait, but that individual took 20 minutes. Finally, when it was our turn, the nurse asks how old is my daughter. When I tell her she is 3, the nurse states that they havent received the vaccine for her age group yet. I tell her that would have been nice to know before waiting 20 minutes and her response was that there really isnt a good way of telling people that when they sign up. She didnt have a response when I suggested, how about a note?. After this colossal waste of time, the minute clinic has permanently lost a customer.

Not really happy with the pharmacy and its lack of competency. I had to call in three times to get a auto fill prescription taken off and it still wasnt enough. Went in to get the new ones and the one I requested taken off was in the bunch and of course I couldnt take it back once its in my hands. I could understand one mistake but three times? I just love paying for someone elses incompetence. Might be time to review a few policies regarding employee error and effects of their errors.

I would give no star if I could. There pharmacy staff was AWFUL. I went to buy some claritin having a major allergy flare up and they denied me medicine because my id had just expired. My left eye was swollen shut I was sneezing non stop and i just wanted 5 pills and some nose spray for some relief and they said no.

Everyone in the Pharmacy (not the store), is very helpful. There are a few employees there that are fantastic, remember my name, and just overall nice. My only complaint is that they can be a bit slow. They dont always have as many people to help customers as I think would be helpful.

The word that comes to mind when I think of this location is slow. I dread getting to the pharmacy or checkout and seeing a line, because I know that means Im in for a long wait. That being said, the pharmacy is technically competent. All the staff seem fairly nice.

Not sure about all the negative reviews, because Ive been happy with their service. Rxs are filled fast and people are always friendly. I havent seen any of the stock issues, either. To be fair, I do not use minute clinics so I cant comment on that at all.

This location never has their products in stock. Every time I go there for something they are completely out... I will even go back a month later and they STILL havent stocked up the same products!!

This CVS location has a minute clinic. Upon calling the store to connect with the minute clinic, they WOULD NOT CONNECT ME. How do run a service-based business with this policy? Terrible.
