Well lets see.. I got a nice Pontiac 2009 G6 for around $4,000 in total had low miles I thought it was going to be a great car. I emailed and asked beforehand if anything was wrong with the car under the hood wise. They said no. So I brought the car home Monday (11/14/16) I was going to work Wednesday and I couldnt turn my car on? So my dad comes and looks at it and we find a belt is broke no big deal right? Thats what we thought until we took it in and found that there was more to the story and the air conditioning clutch thing (be nice Idk anything about cars I just heard some of what my dad said) so the clutch thing or whatever froze and thats how the belt broke so to fix the AC issue it was gonna cost around $580. My dad called them since I am a 16 year old girl who thought she was getting an awesome car and deal and they said they cant do anything to help me. I understand I guess. But I also understand I wont buy cars from them now :) thanks for sending a 16 year old deeper into debt. I know not all you fault right Hastings dealership? But you also said that the whole car was checked so oh well. Just know Im not coming back.

This was my second time coming to Hastings Ford under an unfortunate circumstance, Dave, Bryce, Kevin, all that worked with me were so helpful and made my experiences there so easy and worry free! I bought a 2008 trailblazer there about 10 months ago and it was just recently totaled out from someone hitting me and I didnt think twice about where I should go to buy another vehicle, they are so honest in letting you know if what youre buying is the right buy! Well I absolutely Love my 2013 Equinox and cant thank them enough for all there help and patience throughout the 3 days I spent there! Thanks so much for the continued amazing customer service you guys provide!

If you have a maintenance issue take your vehicle some place else. I basically diagnosed what the problem was for them. They replaced something else said it was fixed. Drove it 5 Miles CEL back on noise I pointed out still there. Took it to Hudson Ford on a friends recommendation. Friend also not happy with service center at Hastings ford. Hudson Diesel Tech diagnosed the problem in 10 Min. Happened to be exactly what I told Hastings Ford the issues was. Ordered parts Problem fixed. Truck down 4 days now instead of 2 should have been done right the first time.

I didnt buy my car at Hastings Ford but they were the ONLY dealership that was able to find out why my car had a really bad vibration. I should have taken my car there in the first place. Excellent customer service!!! I highly recommend their service department. In fact I was so impressed I will be buying my future car from them. Thank you Hasting Ford Service Department for finding the problem and fixing my car in a very timely manner!!

Bought a used car from Hastings Ford. I wouldnt recommend buying used from them. The purchase transaction went ok. Typical dealership, salesman are quick to make a sale, if you have a problem with the car a day later they basically tell ya its not their problem. I had found out the transmission was junk the day after I bought it, and basically told me I was SOL. Have your mechanic with when looking at the car you want.

We brought the Sport Trac in for a front/rear differential service. Our Service Adviser, Josh Blair, took extra time to thoroughly explain our extended warranty, and the service we had requested. Were were very pleased and couldnt ask for anything more. Excellent customer service, even though we live about 45 minutes away and have many other vehicle service options closer to home ... we will be back!
