I’m hoping this comment will make it to the Manager at the Family Dollar Store in Faribault Minnesota, the supervisor(s), upper management as well as corporate at The Family Dollar Stores. I travel often to many states, was recently in Minnesota. Driving through the town of Fairbault, Minnesota I was looking for a place to stop & pick up a “few things” that would get me through a few days. I noticed a Family Dollar, hesitating, I pulled in (hesitant because they are usually in a state of disaster & staff is anything but pleasant.) To my surprise, this store was incredible! I’ve been to MANY F.D’s, in MANY states. I was immediately greeted when entering the store by a young lady and man. As I walked I was in shock, this store was IMMACULATE; merchandise was perfectly placed in EVERY aisle. Nothing was misplaced, no boxes, no junk, no misc. items in aisles, it was shocking. This store was spotless, looked like it had been dusted from top to bottom! I picked up items & went to the register, once again greeted by the grey haired man; he asked if I found everything I was looking for. He was quick, professional, & personable! I asked if it was a new store, he chuckled and said “oh no,” I noticed his name badge said “Jeff”, being in the customer service field I asked if I could get the Store Manager’s name, he said with a smile, “actually, I am.” I commended him on the store and said I’ve honesty never, ever seen such a clean, neat & organized Family Dollar Store! He smiled & quietly said thank you. (I then asked for his last name as well.) As I got in my car and drove away I noticed this “gentleman” (and I mean that in the very definition) sweeping the parking lot near the entrance of the store! Imagine, the Manager, sweeping; in the state of Minnesota; where I believe it snows often, it must be endless to try and keep it up! The Store Manager, JEFF SIMON, at the Family Dollar Store in Fairbault, MN, truly cares & takes great pride in his store. We need more of these Jeff Simon’s in the retail world! Hat’s off to you Jeff & to Family Dollar’s everywhere; this store should be used as an example! Again, I’ve NEVER seen one anywhere like it! Family Dollar; you are lucky to have such an employee & one that represents one of your stores!

I travel constantly around the country, I had the chance to visit this store and I must mention how great my experience was. I had a trouble with my credit card and Jesse and his colleague at that time were very helpful. I shall visit them again, at least to say hi. Thanks for your help. Great customer service and personal attention to details makes this store a "must do" in this city i assure you.
