Worst pharmacy ever, no wonder they have had two class action lawsuits against them. If they dont have your full script they try to charge your copay 2 times when the rest of your supply comes in. They do not educate the customers about how they do things, then you go in and get screwed. They dont care if your a regular customer. The worst pharmacy in Eden Prairie. Walgreens on Hennepin town road is way better in all aspects. I highly suggest if you have brand name medications not to go there. I will tell everyone I know about how poor their customer service is. Please dont make the same mistakes as I did. Save yourself the headache and go to Walgreens

My son came in to have his ear checked, thinking he had an ear infection. The person at the clinic said he didnt, gave him a prescription for $60 ear drops. He ended up going to the doctor the next day, and he did have an infection. These people are incompetent!! An ear infection should be easy to spot. Are these people just hired off the street without any medical knowledge? One star is one too many.

This is my pharmacy. I go here for all my medications and theyre always very friendly. They fill prescriptions fast, the pharmacists always offer good advice if you ask, and the level of care and concern for their clients is outstanding.

For about 10 yrs. my husband and I have used CVS Pharmacy. Wonderful , caring staff and Pharmacists. We have never had a problem. They will go that extra step to make sure you are safe and satisfied! Highly recommend

Wasted my time! Called ahead to schedule a flu shot, was told to come in 5 mins. Upon arrival the pharmacist at pick up tells me they are backed up and cant help for 40-60 mins.

No hours posted for the actual pharmacy which closes very early on weekends. Hours posted on website differ from those given by employees. Poor customer service.
