Purchased shingles for our home only to discover that they were at least 4 years old or more depending on the code that only they can read. Received a long hearty laugh from the jackass whose job it is to determine customer satisfaction. I have nearly 30 years in the building trades and I can tell you this is an organization that could give a rats rectum as to the quality of the product they unload on you. My shingles according to the manufacturer were not only waterlogged, warped, and dirty, but contained moss which is nearly impossible to eliminate once infested. And yes they were stored outside for the entire 4+ years totally unprotected.and also out of warranty. Take the advice from someone I met who works with them regularly, PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD, AND BE PREPARED TO FILE A DISPUTE. And if and when you do file your dispute, ask for the customer service manager and let go with a long hearty laugh I assure you hell know what it means.

I purchased Hardie Trim here. I only needed to pick up a couple pieces and didnt have the right vehicle or truck for the job and the loaders went out of there way to help me secure my load as good as possible. Also noticed that there were a TON of professional roofers that came in during the time I was setting up my order, I took that as a pretty good sign that I was in an honest place.

Terrible customer service. If you dont mind paying $4 more per square this is the place for you. Staff is rude. Also clear you morning if your going there because nobody is in a hurry to help you or load you.

Inside, its like the TSA (Thousands Standing Around). Arrogant people in neckties. Outside, there arent enough people to get you loaded. Office looks a little top heavy.

Deliver here several times never a problem. Pull to the left and check in at the office. Usually very quick to unload.
