I had asked the woman at the counter if she had a certain book. She said it should be down such and such aisle and if it wasnt there they didnt have it. Well used book stores arent always the easiest to navigate,but instead of helping me she continued to carry on her conversation about cars with her friends up front. ( unfortunately i didnt find my book, but looking down a different aisle i did find different books by the author I was looking for)
