I went in there last night (4/12/17) at about 6:30 pm to partake in the buy one get one free Slurpee. I go to this one usually once a week, but during the day usually between 12-3. But any how who ever was working last night rung up my 2 Slurpees and i got the extra large Slurpee which hey its BOGO. and the sign said ANY SIZE. When the guy rung me up i said 4.01 is how much it is for the BOGO he said no its only for medium and large. Extra Large and Small were excluded, and I asked "Does your sign say that" he said Yes with confidence. I went back to the sign after I paid, to reread it, making sure i didnt miss any small print, which I didnt and it clearly said ANY SIZE on the sign. I went back to the register to tell him he was incorrect the sign does not say only medium and large. He went back over to the area, and then came back and said "well it still only applies to Medium and Large, because of the way the system doesnt register the extra large and small Slurpee", and "there isnt anything I can do". Which upset me because well OK if the system doesnt ring up the extra large and small Slurpees then only ring up one because thats false advertisement but the guy was really rude, and disrespectful. and before exiting I told him I come back another time to complain, which it clearly was useless to complain to him any longer, because i proved him wrong, and he still didnt see the flaw in what he was doing.

The Manager (FAZ) of this store does not treat customers well. My kids go in to get the buy one slurpy get one free and he does not want to give the the deal. When I went into the store he gave me a story about how he cant refund drinks. I told him they didnt want a refund they wanted the buy one get one free slurpy. Faz told me he would have had to ring it up like that, so I explained to him that I know his cash register is fully capable of deleting the charge and the he could re ring up the slurpies. He just refuses to do it. I told him he is lazy and shouldnt spend so much time taking advantage of teenagers who barely make any money. I also told him I know this wasnt the first time he had done this to them. Its unbelievable Faz has nothing better to do than to scam our kids out of their money. I see that I am not the only complaint on here in reference to Faz not doing the same promotions as the other stores. I believe my kids when they tell me that he is a problem because when I went up there to get thinks straightened out he gave me a hard time, rolled his eyes, and told me I wasnt a customer and that I should leave. I think if more people would find a better place to shop and he would see a drop I business maybe he would treat us folks her in Clarkston a lot nicer!!!!!!!

This is not a safe uber place some man in a black Yukon and forenin accent trying to solicit fares without uber. The staff from this store claimed he was legitand said he has been coming for 3 years. When I asked for some proof of uber employment he told me to watch my tone and spit on me and gave me the finger. Do not go here it is not a safe location.

Horrible place we have had too many issues. Managment was supposed to send coupons never did. They also do not participate in the seven eleven events free and buy one get ones either. Improperly ran, this is the only one that does not like customers and hates business.

Its a 7-eleven. Nothing more, nothing less. Friendly staff, but too many annoying highschool kids hanging around outside trying to look cool.
