I understand that working at a pharmacy can be stressful, as I have done it before, but I was able to still be friendly even while feeling stressed. However, not here. I had some questions about insurance and my prescription and the woman I spoke with on the phone was disrespectful, not helpful, and her behavior was borderline badgering towards me. I do not understand how employees and employers can find this behavior acceptable to customers. I will not go to this location again for anything. There is a Rite Aid on Coolidge and Target pharmacy, so plenty of other options.

If you are going to have your passport photo taken at this place, be aware that they will NOT provide a digital copy of that to you. This was a bummer as the VISA i was applying for required a digital copy to be uploaded on the site. Also in the past, they had given a soft copy to me but this time i was told that it is a CVS policy to not provide the digital print. $12 wasted.

Staff is knowledgeable, resonable, and helpful. Some product prices are higher than what you would find at Kroger (i.e. Halo Top Ice Cream), but they are open 24 hours (doesnt include the pharmacy).

Had to call 3 times on different days to find a member of pharmacy staff who knew how to transfer an out of state prescription.

Had to fill a prescription out of state this location was wonderful. Assisted when I had issues transferring it back as well.
