I cannot recommend this establishment enough! As health food stores can sometimes be overwhelming, it was an extreme pleasure to meet and be assisted by the incredibly kind and immensely helpful owner. I asked if they carried a specific item and gave a brief explanation of what I use it for and not only did he walk me over to it in the store, but he offered another option that might be even more beneficial! Their selection, quality and prices are absolutely outstanding. One of the best things for me, was their gluten-free food options. Most health food stores have a handful of items which I would describe as more health than food, but here the selection is amazing! Breads, pastas, baking mixes, things you actually want to eat!! I wish I had the option to award more stars, because for me, this is one of, if not, the best health food stores Ive ever experienced!!!

I go here to pick up any essential oils I may need and I ALWAYS end up walking out with more items in my bag. Theres a nice variety of products and the owner will always give you any information on products that you may need. This is my go-to place for oils and any holistic items I may need.
