The customer service was awful. Nobody greeted me, or asked how I was doing. Then at the register they asked if someone helped me shop, obviously I said no and then they said they need to post that to look good so she said she was putting her own name in. I think they shouldve been more helpful

I purchased a lot of my baby shower favors here last year and the staff was so helpful and excited to help pick things out! This Bath & Body Works location is my favorite in the area, I go out of my way to shop at this one even though I have two that are closer to home.

Awesome selection, cant say I go here often but I love the sweet scent that hits you every time you walk in. Nice and helpful staff here, location feels isolated but Southgates working on redeveloping the area, work in progress.
