I work at another pharmacy and called the store to transfer a prescription. I had to put the girl on hold while I got a prescription pad. All of thirty seconds later I pick up the phone and the girl goes "well Im with a customer now so youre going to have to wait." So I stood on hold for 5 minutes. She picked up the phone again and started to yell at me sarcastically saying i was being rude for putting her on hold for a second time, which I never did. It became a "no I didnt--yes you did" match until I asked her if she was going to fight about it or give me the prescription. Meanwhile the patient was waiting for her medication that she needed while the technician was trying to start a fight with me! So rude and unprofessional. As soon as I asked her name, she hung up. So much for caring about your patients health!

I have been a customer of Walgreens for along time. I had my wallet stole from this store today and the management was rude and not interested in helping me find my wallet! I was told they could not tell me what was on the surveillance camera! What are the cameras for staff only? I think this is very bad management! I will be transferring all my scripts and business to CVS!!!

Everytime i go to this pharmacy its some kid of problem. Either they dont have it stop taken my insurance or they fill it wrong. I have gotten all the way home to find out the didnt add fluid to the meds for my kids there was only powder in the bottle. I dont suggest going to this walgreen.

was just on hold with the pharmacy for about 15 minutes then it rang as an actual tone rather that that terrible song which was then followed with them hanging up on me. figured Id do something productive like telling everyone on this about it.
