I would have given this store a higher rating because the quality of the coffee is always beyond satisfactory, however; this morning, I ordered a roast beef cheddar asiago bragel, and what I received was a very pathetic excuse for a sandwich. There was literally a single paper thin slice of roast beef with an absurd amount of cheese, I was EXTREMELY disappointed. In addition, it seems like lately the service isnt as fast as it used to be. Im not sure Ill continue to go there on a bi-weekly basis for their coffee.....

How do you manage to screw up an everything bagel with plain cream cheese? They repeated back my order then gave me an everything bagel toasted. Really? This is why minimum wage should never be $15/hr

Good food and coffee, but SLOW. Expect to spend 10-15 minutes in the drive thru if you are going in the morning.

The staff at this Biggby are the most friendly people. The coffee drinks here are all great of course too.
